The Uhaul representative wasn't there, I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone trying to get a key. The Uhaul was filthy and had trash all in the trailer of it. I returned it with just as much gas that it had in it when I picked it up, and was still charged for fuel. It was a terrible experience all the way around, and IF I ever move again, I'll be looking at other companies instead.
Michael ZenkThis location was ok. This review is not for the location but uhaul itself. The issue I have is that uhaul initially sent me to a location that doesn't exist. I'm also curious as to why I was asked to drop the uhaul off at a location 20 miles further away than the closest uhaul facility. If I'm unloading in a zip code with , I would learn, 3 other UHaul dealers, why send me 20 miles away? From a logistics standpoint this made no sense. Uhaul needs to get their act together before I use them again. I'll deal with a less convenient and more expensive company before I go through that hassle again.

Linda DurenThis is a convenience store, with 1 clerk, running a convenience store. UHaul is an after thought there. Clerk added Safemove to my rental w/o my permission. Email bill reply bounced. Mad at UHaul for overcharge.
David GirardThere was no one there to help and I had another location reserved and it was changed. Then the equipment I asked for was not in the truck and had to go to the original location I had booked to get the equipment. Was not satisfied either the pickup and the drop off could have been better!
Timothy VinsonI accidentally put to much fuel in the truck and they won't get me a refund!!! Wow!!! The whole Process was joke! I had to cancel and redo a reservation 2 times because they would change the location! Horrible. And then they charge for extra miles ?? I gave them the address to and from and still got a extra charge!!
Kurt HockettThey had no idea what they were doing and the first truck they tried to give us had a broken headlight and other issues. It took us over an hour to get everything straightened out and into a truck the first time. Because they did not properly check in the truck when we brought it back Wednesday, the computer system showed that they did not have it on Friday. That caused us to spend more time on Friday trying to get that straightened out. We eventually had to go 15 minutes up the road to get another truck after having spent 30 minutes at this location to no avail. I chose this location because it is less than 5 minutes from our school, but ultimately should have chosen one further away to keep from having to deal with the unprofessional behavior.
JOHN THIEMThe battery terminals were dirty, and the battery had to be jump to get it started in the morning. the truck had a soft drink spilled in the cab. We had to clean the cab before we could drive it.
Harry MattheusThe truck I reserved wasn't ready for me and I had to spend time talking on the phone with scheduling support. Thankfully they were able to help me get another truck that was available.
Mark GilesThe owner tried to be helpful, could not get the unit to read in miles only kilometers. There was a language barrier. I could not get him to check the unit in. Had to make calls to the home and district office.

James DiehlI drove in from out-of-state (3 hours) and owner was an hour late to check me in. Supposed to pick up at 10am but couldn't pick up until 11am so therefore didn't get out to closer to 12pm. Plus I needed to add a furniture dolly, but he didn't have one available. He was also super rude and had an attitude about why he was late. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and highly suggest Uhaul take this location off of their site. I originally scheduled with Romeo 3's in Robertsdale and would have preferred to deal with them bc they are super nice and helpful unlike what I experienced with this location. I'm VERY disappointed with the customer service I received and don't want anyone to experience this from them again.

Bruce JacobsThe local attendant needs to be self sufficient. There was an error in my already checked in invoice and he could not correct it without it being handled by Uhaul. Then he was unable to get to the furniture pads I ordered because he did not have a store room key.

wilber hernandezMan dealing with us seemed more interested in personal phone call, etc to serve the customer. The truck we received was very old, was full of dents, part of fender hanging off, leaking when rained inside of truckbed- wetting some of our items.

phillip grayMy original request was Foley AL pick up. Instead I had to drive 12 miles plus out of the way to a conv store where the man could barely speak or understand English. Despite my early check in, he seemed to have none of my information. At one point, he just turned the lap top around and made me type in all my information. There was a huge language barrier, the staff was unfriendly, and I would never go back to this location again! Half my mileage was driving to this pick up and drop off location because the one directly across the street from me did not have trucks. This entire process was frustrating. I typically use Penske and regret using Uhaul.
Lauren SheltonI was coming from 4 hours away and purposely chose a location that closed at 5, however without my knowledge my location was changed to a location that closed at 2, I barely made it and I tried to call and let them know I was on my way and I was hung up on and then when I tried to call back multiple times the line was never answered. I also ordered a pack of blankets to pad furniture and was informed they don't have the blankets there that I would have to go to yet another location to get them, which of course was closed for the day. Horrible experience, my mother had just passed and I needed a trailer so I could get things from her house, it made an already stressful situation even worse.

Terence WacksThe sales associate gave us the number of the trailer and the location in the lot and made no further attempt to make sure we had the correct trailer or that we had hooked the trailer up correctly. When we turned in the trailer, the associate at the receiving location told us that we hooked up the trailer incorrectly and could have had an accident.

I do not like the prospect of being held accountable for something I did not do. NOT a good way to do business.
DONALD MILLERAssociate didn't have printer had to go across to his other store and still never got my paper work until I got off the phone with customer service that emailed it to me. It took over 1 hr half. It only took 15 minutes to connect the trailer. He didn't even do the walk around .
melanie principe-pachecoThe people who own this facility have no clue about your product and cannot answer any questions. They had a very hard time getting our paperwork together and we sure didn't ask for extra miles because they wouldn't have known how to do that.
