Facility was clean, conveniently located for my needs, well-lit and secured. Happy with my experience with them. Definitely recommend it.

They were always friendly and on more than 1 occasion, called me about the security of my unit. I had locked it incorrectly, they noticed it the same day and called me. When I needed extra time to pay, they have it to me. I would definitely use this facility again and I would definitely recommend them!

I definitely should've looked into storage units earlier, as this place was one of the few remaining in town that still had units available. Even though I waited till the last minute, I was super satisfied with the customer service and everything went smoothly. Every time I went to drop off things at Beacon Self Storage, I felt that the property was secured and well maintained for the most part. It was one of the only places in town that had fencing all the way around the property with barbed wire on top, as well as a gate with a secured passcode. I was able to access my things any time of day and was very satisfied with that. Overall, my experience was great with Beacon Self Storage.
