Robert GleesonFix the app. The app and the website say two different things even though you're logged in to the same account. Also, the customer reps over the phone need better training because they say one thing and do another. My reservation was changed 3 times because of the wrong place and time they put in. I needed to move my stuff by a certain day and time because I was moving out of state and my reservation was wrong. I had to drive an hour away just to pick my truck up when it was originally 4 mins from my house. This made me fall behind schedule by 6 1/2 hours because I was on the phone all night trying to resolve this to no avail. The good thing is that these trucks are three seaters because I would have gone with another moving company. The other companies I spoke to had better deals but only two seats. In the end it all worked out but it was a huge headache on top of the move.

Cesar HernandezThere is no signage on Bear Valley Rd, the road one must take to get to the return location, which sits perhaps 1/8 of a mile up a hill and around a curve from Bear Valley Rd. It was very confusing even with my GPS system. The attendant told me I had to pay for excess miles. I refused because I drove the truck from the pickup location to home, loaded the truck and drove it to my destination, unloaded it and returned it. Perhaps, among other inaccuracies, the system algorithms calculated the trip mileage from the pickup location instead from the town in which I lived, the pick up location I listed when I reserved the truck.
John BentzVehicle operated fine but two issues: 1. low tire inflation light on dashboard was on and remained on for use of vehicle. Employee checked each tire pressure and we determined the tire pressure was good. So, minor thing, but vehicle should have been serviced to eliminate tire pressure warning. 2. Air conditioning shut off 2 or 3 times during trip of 141 miles round trip. Lastly, Sharron, who assisted with this transaction was very helpful, polite and professional. Enjoyed working with him. Everything worked out fine.

anthony elliottThe only reason I gave it a below average score was because my pick up location was changed at the last minute, which caused me to drive more miles than I planned for. I had to pay 19,46 in extra miles that again I did not plan for so that really upset me. The lady was nice though. That was the only good thing.

MINDY LEAFKeep promises towards reservations. I was only in Hesperia because the reservation I made, 3 weeks in advance, in Barstow wasn't available for the trailer I wanted. I don't understand how I can make a reservation with ample time, and have to drive an additional 140 miles out of my way for a trailer I reserved much closer to my location.

RANDY JARVISI returned my U-Haul on 05/08/21. The rental agreement was until 5/09/21. I got charged on 05/09/21 for an extra day because they checked it in late. I checked it in myself online and even spoke to the female at this location. Now, I'm fighting to get my money back. This place is a joke. I will probably not rent a uhaul again.

I had scheduled it early as the temperature here are reaching over 100 degrees and didn't want to over heat my workers. The two women that I dealt with were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Carol AmundsonI have rented here before 10 years ago. I am only dissatisfied by employees opening over an hour late day I returned truck! Has people helping me that had to go to work. Final walk through for house. I based everything around dropping truck off at 9:00.
