Happy to use this location. Easy place to rent and return. Glad to see a key drop box. I will certainly use them again.
Alan RThis U-Haul rode like a "buck-board" wagon and the Cargo Door was extremely hard to pull down and it took two people to latch it.

Tom Wwe returned the uhaul 8 hours early I would have thought we would have received a refund of some of the rental. I will not rent a uhaul again.
Dawn hOwner of the auto shop was very unfriendly and impersonable. The whole overall experience was very poor as the mobile check in and return was not user friendly and other issues with the whole rental process. Still waiting on a call from an area representative. First and last time renting with uhaul and especially from this location

Jeffrey Rthe vehicle was dropped off early in the morning. I was not sure where to park the truck, so I parked in front. a sign directing where to park would have been helpful. there was no staff at the location at 9 am
Paul FWhen I picked up the u-haul truck and started driving the truck, I noticed there was something off about the truck. It seemed to have a vacuum leak somewhere. I used the truck and returned the truck clean and refilled the gas tank. For the distance I had to go and the mountain I went up, the truck only used a fourth of a tank of gas. The truck did good, didn't like to pull the bigger hills or the mountain very good but it did the job.

CHARLES PDrop off area was not the original point of destination. The personnel, however, were very accommodating and helpful. Easy locattion to find and easy access.

HEIDI FThe bathroom was a storage closet and did not even have a sink. Racial slurs were being casually thrown around by the customers and staff.
Zachary HSome moving supplies were unavailable even though we had them reserved. Should have been notified in advance that these things were unavailable so we would have had time to make other arrangements.
MICHAEL MQuit trying to get the customer to drop off to places that are not convenient for the customer. The place you wanted me to drop off was twice as far from my home as the place I chose. You aren't paying for my gas, I am.

Douglas MI was very surprised at the low level of customer service that I experienced from Uhaul. I have used you guys in the past and I have never had this happen before. I still have have moving needs within the next 30 days and I will probably rent from someone else.
Valerie BTruck reeked of smoke. Had ashes on dashboard and cigarette butt in pocket of passenger door. Truck was dirty inside. The truck even had. a no smoking sticker on the door so not sure why it smelled so bad from cigarette smoke.

THOMAS FI reserved a 20' truck and auto transport from this location and neither item was available. I had to go to a location further away to pick up a truck. The day I was supposed to pick up the auto transport from this location, there were none available. Mark did a great job of getting me a tow dolly when the auto transport was not available.
