Russell CBoth times, in the last two weeks, when I rented a 10 foot truck for local moves, I was given two different trucks. Both were almost new, were very clean and made the experience fantastic. While we didn't travel very far, the average cost is less than $50, including gas!

michael mAlex did a great job getting my truck and equipment ready. Recommend helping him increase this location's stock of moving equipment to improve the experience for the next customer. I wasn't able to get the number of blankets or type of hand truck that I had reserved.

robert zWhen I picked up the vehicle, I did not tell me to look for an email going over the car. He never walked around the truck with me and all he said to us was just fill it up a little below empty and you'll be fine and that wasn't the case, we had lots of problems dropping the truck off with the fuel and mileage and then even Customer Service was kind of nasty response about it if I was busy moving and trying to get done on time if I had been told to look for an email that was important to this the gentleman at the pick up location told us take the paper and go that's all you need to do. Unfortunately they have been quite a few foo pars on things that U-Haul representative say and what really happens.

Lonnie WLocation was closed to I returned after hours. No problems, however, at first U-Haul said that I did not return the truck with the same amount of fuel as when I rented, After I contested this, I was not charged.

Polly HI had to go to another location to pick up my reserved truck. The transfer was completed very quickly and the process was very accommodating.
Tracie mI don't see any way to make any improvements. On a one to five star rating system I'd give a TEN ! Everything went perfectly and when the need arises again this will be my first choice.

john kI rented a 6x12 trailer. The ramp was in horrible condition with holes in it. This made it very difficult to use for some of the items I was loading.
