Battery needed replacing, did not start vehicle when cold. Otherwise, I really liked the all electronic check in, keep that going!

I used the mobile pick up option. I was not prompted to take a picture of the odometer, gas gauge, or anything else at the beginning of the trip. I didn't think much of it until the end when it charged me for 17 miles, I drove 11. It also charged me 14 dollars for gas...the gas gauge had not moved and I know I did not use 4 or more gallons in those few miles. The tire maintenance light was on in the vehicle the entire time and the check in process took over a half hour. I like that uhaul has so many locations, so they are always easy to find, but I really would prefer not to rent from them.

LEE STruck share 24/7 app is terrible. Would not get my location even with GPS permission on. UHaul on web browser did. You need to recommend using the browser if having trouble with the app. Also if the location is open the staff should be able to help when having technical issues rather than saying uhaul doesn't have them helping anymore if using the app. Manual help like scanning the ID, taking payment, giving keys.

Derek MWe used a recycling dumpster that was located next to the other Uhauls because we thought that was what they were for. The owner of the business called me and threatened to call the police if I did not pay him $100 for using the dumpster.
Aaron BThe trailer itself was fine but I do have a couple of areas for improvement. When I booked the trailer, I received an email stating that my 2016 RAM 1500 towing capacity was unknown and that I had to go to a U-haul location to have my vehicle inspected prior to getting the trailer. I called Bee Line in St. Joseph, MN and they had no idea why they needed to inspect my vehicle. When I dropped off the trailer at the same location, they did not come outside to check it in and they said I didn't need to do anything. When I got home, I logged into my account and it said there was a whole process to check in my trailer and I had to be on site due to geolocation and photos. Seems like better training could be provided to improve the overall experience.

Cristina BWe were not sure we were in the right place. We got there 1 hour early. I went inside to look for help. The persons hands were full of grease. He said he was expecting us. He also was very rude, he said where are the keys. I had gone in to find out if we were in the right place. I was told to fill up the gas tank 3/4 full when we returned it. That is what we did. The tank was only 3/4 full when we picked it up in Lakeville. I was charged $29,96 by the U haul drop off place for Fuel charge. I should have not been charged that. The tank was not full when I got the truck. There must not be any communication between the 2 U Haul places. I should get a refund of $29.96.

DANIEL GI was sent to a different location than originally planned. Upon arrival for turn in 3 days ahead of schedule I was told to back the trailer in wherever I could and disconnect it myself. Picture a 66 year old man with a bad back wrestling with a 6x12 tandem axle trailer in an icy snow covered parking lot. After that adventure I went inside and was told no paperwork was needed and left, the staff there at lunch time appeared older than I was.

Troy BTerrible customer service. The guy helping was very rude. Trailer had mud caked on the side and dirt in the inside. There was a problem with the wiring and told us to go to another location and figure it out. I didn't want to pickup from this location but uhaul last minute changed it for me.

Phil WHave the trucks where they are reserved! It's simply not fair to have the customers move your equipment around. I'm not sure I would use uhaul again. If I did it would be because the dealers were all excellent and tried to help in every way. We drove 45 minutes one way to get one truck, and two hours one way to get the second with no gas reimbursement for our vehicle or theirs? There is a labor shortage yes... but the customer shouldn't have to pay for your staff shortages. If you ever want my business again you will reply with some financial conciliation.
Brett JThe start of our day was horrible ~ we did the 24/7 Check In ~ ran into a whole bunch of issues , finally after being on hold for over 20 minutes we were able to get the code for the lock box to get the key for the truck ~ never completed all of the steps for the check in ~ we wasted an hour. Definitely needs to be some changes with that process!! The truck, itself, was nice and definitely served it's purpose. The return of the truck went very smoothly.
Kim RI just did a self check-in at Bee Line. I stopped inside to let the staff know there was a trailer at the edge of their lot. Didn't really have much interaction with them. This is a very convenient drop-off location for me. Glad that work with Uhaul.
CHARLES CSite was closed when I dropped off the trailer. I've used this site previously, and the personnel was fairly unhelpful -- all he said was drop it off anywhere, and that was about it. I did my check in on my own at that time, so I didn't even bother checking to see if anyone was around during this second rental.
CHARLES CI might have caught them at a busy time, but I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Being a first-time customer I didn't know where to go to pick up the trailer. I didn't see any markings indicating where to go and I didn't get a friendly response from the BeeLine employee when I asked where to pick up the trailer. Once I found the right place everything went fine.

Jared EI had issues with my vehicle and tried to change my reservation from round trip to one way knowing there would be additional charges. I was repeatedly told that was not an option once the equipment had been picked up. It made for an extremely stressful return home which I feel was unnecessary given one way trips are an option on the front end.

Especially frustrating because we reserved them weeks in advance.

Sherri RRevise the reservation system. I wanted to pick up in Fargo, ND and was told I had to reserve from Ada, MN, an hour away, for the equipment I wanted. The day before pickup I was informed Ada would not have the equipment and my nearest option was an additional hour away. The rep informed me "all reservations are accepted", so I didn't understand why I had to reserve non-existent equipment from a location an hour away from where I initially wanted to pick up. If all are accepted, I should have been able to make the reservations at the store I wanted in the first place, since apparently the reservations mean nothing. Overall, not impressed with the "reservation" system. The individual locations I visited were fine.
collin hThe people working at the Uhaul locations should be better at giving the customer the right trailer. An employer at the St cloud location gave my reservation to someone else.

JENNIFER BTrailer door was open upon arrival. Shop did not provide a walk around after hooking up the trailer. I had to close the trailer door and when doing that, I noticed the door would not properly close. Although the shop did make the repairs before leaving with the trailer, I had to spend the time waiting for this to be ready for use.

VICTOR BWe didn't get the 6 pads that we paid for but the truck was perfect size and we had no problems. Estimated use of 50 miles turned into about 25 because of the size of the truck. Easy pick up and drop off. Thanks
