I rented a trailer and brought it back a couple hrs late and was charge an extra day and also was charge insurance on it when i didn't want it

the ratchets were rusted tight the swivel bar was rusted tight I had to go buy a can of WD 40 and spray everything and work the ratchets to get them lose the swivel bar didn't loosen up until I hit the Florida border from KY. This dolly was in poor shape and could have serviced at the dealer but was sent out as is CRAPPIE

Uhaul was fairly clean. Some inside was a little messy and windows were dirty.

broken glass and lite trash in the cargo compartment and trash under the seats and had to put 22 gallons of fuel in it to get started

when someone reserve truck make sure it clean inside and out keep gas tank full transmission boged down going up and down hills it sucked on gas it should not have taken me 60.00 in fuel for 200 miles trip but other than that truck rode smooth and no flat tires to slow my trip down thanks uhaul

I picked up the truck in Irvine, Ky and then had to go to Beattyville for the dolly to pull the car. The original person taking the order from Clay City, Ky. didn't complete the order, he was not very nice. Seemed to want to just get rid of me. This is the worst move I've ever had and I am 64 yrs. old and moved many times. Very unhappy about this.

Customer service rep just walked around the track and open the door and said you're ready to go. Sad to say this vehicle was not checked out or no maintenance done on it at all very unhappy

Truck did not have A/C. Emergency flashers would not flash. Better checks of equipment before renting out would be a good idea.

Requested a 10 foot U-Haul at Jackosn Ky and got a 17 ft U-Haul in Beattyville Ky. which is 45 minutes away and the wrong size. Had to use what we could get for the job we had to do.

Site did not have u-haul supplies such as the pads I needed. Used blankets to pad items in trailer. Otherwise I have no complaints with this location.

We check the brake and turn signals, but we did not check the tail or makers. After dark this did not work and I had to run with my flasher for about three hours. This was as much my fault as the stores so I am not saying anything against them only that I really needed to check these and will if I rent again.
