I have stored items at other facilities here in Jacksonville and my experience with your facility was far better than any of those. Anytime I had to communicate with you, you were always helpful and friendly. I would recommend your facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. Keep up the great work!

The units that I have rented are always in great condition and clean. My only negative comment is that the gate to enter the property is still broken and won't close so anyone can drive through which leaves a huge vulnerability and security issue.
