The 15 Ft truck and auto hauler were in excellent condition and very clean. The owner was very courteous and professional. I look forward to returning for future rentals.

Nothing….it's a small place that had the truck ready to go because the big U-Haul location less than a mile away from my home didn't have a 20ft truck. The man was nice and professional

The black guy was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Long story short, he tried to charge a cleaning fee that wasn't necessary, saying the area where you put your feet on the pedals was dirty. I stated it's not a problem, I can clean it. He then went to the back of the truck, opened the door and stated back there wasn't clean. I told him straight out I would not clean the back because I didn't use the back, which I reminded him when I picked up the truck I would only use it for towing my small trailer which we actually had a conversation about. Originally I just needed a pickup truck, but they didn't have one. I cleaned the van and asked if that was it. He continued to state even if it wasn't me, I should've checked it. I told him first that on the instructions, it does not include opening up the truck and checking it, so I would assume it would have to be him to do so. And if it were that dirty, why didn't he check it with the previous user? I believe this guy is just charging everyone a cleaning fee and not cleaning his trucks, just to get money off them. After, I asked for a receipt, he rudely said he sent it to my email and he waved me out the door saying I should go. I asked him if he was having a good day, he stated he did until I ruined his truck And ruined his day. I told him he was immature and unprofessional and he said "you too!!!" And I left. This was the craziest customer service experience I've ever had and I hope this is the only one like this I will ever have. He definitely ruined MY day for sure.

I forgot my hand truck when returning my truck rental and broom to sweep the back out. It was 7 miles back to pick them up. I was a couple blocks away from the rental location. I decided to park the truck at the location lot and take my car to pick up the broom and hand truck. The manager or owner refused to allow me to park the trunk on the property stating I must keep the truck with me at all times according to my contract which meant driving the truck back to my house to pick up the broom and hand truck. At 0,99/mile added $14 to my total amount due. I realize 14 is not a lot of money and I realize that forgetting them was my mistake and I take responsibility. However the fact that I could go get them in my car and I understood the fact that my contract could not be completed nor closed out until the hand truck was returned and back swept out, I do not see why the truck could not be parked on the lot while I went to retrieve them in my car rather than add mileage onto my contract useso adding money due unnecessarily. I also had purchased the premium insurance. I felt this was extremely petty of the owner/manager to make this requirement resulting in increased charges for me as well as the fact I had to stop and buy more fuel because of the added mileage. I was very disappointed as I am a long time loyal U-Haul customer. Not disappointed in U-Haul just this location. So no I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone because if he would be this petty to gain $14 on a rental, what would he do if it were something important. I will not be using this location going forward.

Nothing needed. I think this is a model location for U-haul. Should use this location too training other location on how to interface with the customer.
