My UHaul experience had too many unpleasant surprises. My bill was higher than expected, I found I could not pick up the rental early and I found I could not return the rental outside of business hours. All of these things made my tasks more difficult and more expensive. My experience was not positive. Not because of my rental location nor because of the equipment but because of UHaul corporate policies.

Although the location was okay U-Haul scheduling sucks I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up the truck and then 20 miles back for a 3-mile move because the place I reserved it at U-Haul didn't have a truck there

I was contacted ahead of time, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I had a great experience overall. I was hesitant to rent from the location based on others review, However I would have no hesitation to rent from the location again. Happy moving to all..

They were very helpful. Had no issues with people or the equipment.

Reservation was at 11:00am. I arrived at 11:30am (from 300 miles away) and was told I was late and would have to wait until 12:00pm because that’s when the U-haul person would be coming back for another reservation. When I asked if she could possibly come a few minutes early as we were on a time deadline, I was told that it was my own fault for being late. When the U-haul rep. arrived she told me I would have to wait while she helped another customer first. Then made me go through the entire check in process even though I had done it online. Never inspected the trailer before renting it to me, nobody offered to assist with hookup. Safety chains were so long they were draffing in the ground (had to wrap them around the tongue). Have rented through U-haul several times and never had such a bad experience. would have been ok with waiting for the employee but didn’t need to be told (as the customer) that it was my fault. Maybe could have just said “I’m on my way, I’ll be there as soon as I can”. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Bellevue staff was great, very helpful. I made reservation to pick up in fremont OH, get a phone call to pick up at a different location and had to pay more because the one I reserved was not available at the new location. Then I got an email for me to drive to another town to get the truck. I called Uhaul and the lady argued with me that nobody would have called me to change locations and I booked it at this location... It wasn't until I was cancelling the rental that she decided to work with me. I was not paying for all those extra miles I did not need to drive, that was not my fault.
