Stephen BI was overcharged. It was supposed to be $18,95 plus taxes. But I was charged another $8 plus the extra taxes on that for safe tow, that I did not ask for.

teresa bThe place I dropped it off at in port neches Texas I would not recommend it to anyone. He threatened me then charged me 11.00. And the uhaul was cleaner than I picked it up and had more gas than was in it. Young's is the name of the place. I have used uhaul every time I have moved: But I will think twice next time. Young's in port neches tx is doing you a disservice. They are not customer friendly they are smart assets and they are over charging customers unnessarily. Very dissatisfied. Lisa McClendon

anthony BNo one there when I attempted to return y'all's property. (Note it was a 30 mile trip from my destination to the drop off and went past three other sites that had U-Haul equipment visible) An individual from another building called a mysterious "he" who said to just drop the trailer "anywhere". The lot was soft sand and mud and I don't back a trailer well. Got it as close as I could and left the trailer. Total ghost town.

Clifton WI don't think this is the location's fault but rather u-Haul...on our truck order we asked for two packs of furniture pads. This location had none. Not sure how U haul manages the supplies but things shouldn't be offered if they aren't there as customers rely on them for moving.
Miranda LI asked to return truck to the truck to black lock storage on the loop in nacogdoches but ended up having to drive all the way to south 59 off old Lufkin road. Which I ended up going over on mileage.

BENJAMIN DNot sure of what to change. This was my first rental with U-haul. The truck was pretty nice and the engine and drive train had plenty of torque to pull itself up and over hills without any problem. The truck was not as bad on fuel consumption as I figured it would be. In my move, the roadways I used were not interstate, so I didn't have any need in speed at all. It had been 40 years since I drove a large truck, so I took my time and did all I could to be safe. Overall it was a nice and safe truck well maintained, and pretty good AC unit too. I didn't play the radio as it looked complex and I didn't want any distraction at all for safety. The truck was a 26 footer with all kinds of room. The only thing I would change would be the length of the loading ramp, as it's a bit short and makes for a very steep entry into the truck on level ground. My experience was a pretty good one and not overly complicated. GOD bless and have a nice safe day. 73.
Earnest MOur crazy schedule caused us to need to cancel and they were really great to work with
MARTHA WWhen I arrived at my house, I parked the uhaul so I could finish packing. Next day loaded it, then next day got in to drive and realized there was a needle stuck down in the center in the back. I took a picture and left it because I didn't know what to do and was definitely not touching it. I notified the drop off place, she removed it and there was a brown tar substance in it. She advised it was probably heroin. It smelt like tar per the lady. I really wished I had noticed it at the pick up place. I just made sure the floors was clean, seats was clean and what the gas tank was on and the mileage. Also, to make sure no broken windshield things like that. I never would have thought to look for a needle.

stephen BMake sure the truck someone rents is actually available . Had to go to this location to get a truck. The first location gave my rental to someone else . Huge nightmare
Michael WPads were not folded. We ordered 5 dozen. There were 13. We did not realize they were not all there, since they were not folded & stacked, until we began to move the furniture. It was a great inconvenience to get hold of UHaul (30" wait on the phone), then they arranged for us to p/u the rest in Leesville. They only had 1 dozen when we got there.
Ellen MBell's RV and Auto was excellent for to rent from. I would definitely recommend this rental center to anyone needing a U-Haul.
ROBERT LUHAUL website sent us to Lone Star in Bronson but they weren't even accepting uhaul trucks yet!! So we had to drive 50 miles MORE to this location. There has said open till 4 but got there an NO ONE was to be found. All in all a horrible experience with uhaul. We will not be using you again in the next 2 weeks for the other half of our move
robert hI had to go into office and continue to call out for someone to help. He disappeared again for at least 7 minutes and then walked out and said "unhook it over there" and walked off. Never opened the unit, never said let me help...nothing.

MICHAEL II am very disappointed that uhaul did not keep their promise to have the equipment I needed where I needed it as promised. I had to drive to a different town to pick up the trailer then had to go to my originally requested location to pick up the furniture dolly I had reserved. Paper work was time consuming and difficult because equipment wasn't posted to the locations etc. etc.
Thomas Ctruck was entered as a full tank of gas but changed on my paperwork to 1/4 tank.
linda aUhaul should consider installing tongue jacks on the trailers.
Cecil ADidn't have the truck I asked for and had to pay extra for a bigger truck that wasn't needed for our move
