The first trailer that they gave me was full of equipment left from the previous renter. The 2nd one was clean and good. They might try inspecting the trailer before renting, but overall it was fine. The people at the place were very friendly and helpful.

We had a confirmed time for 9:00am to pickup a car hauler; however, the UHaul representative did not arrive until 9:15am. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with waiting, she told us she always arrives at 9:15 and that UHaul needs to fix that time on their website. That was a lie because on the front door they had one of those little clocks that actually showed 9:00am was the opening time of the location. Then, she started giving us excuses about her daughter…what a joke and very unprofessional! From there we had a half hour drive to pickup our car and then another 8 hour drive to get home. This lady that was late for work could have cared less. Poor representation for UHaul
Deborah PThey told me where to park the trailer but gave NO ASSISTANCE in unhooking or disconnecting the tongue from the truck. This trailer has a very heavy tongue weight which made it very difficult since I am 80 years old!
JIM FThe location of the trailer was oriented Into the lot. I had to hitch and then turn around in their storage lot and ask them to move a car so I could exit. If they had turned around the trailer, it would have been easier. Also, there was no jack on the trailer to help lift onto hitch and no help offered.

Kwanjai HI turned the truck in after hours
Austin GThe truck was not ready even after I was 1 hour later than the pick up time. The truck still had contents in the back and was not swept and had some type of oil spilled in it, as there was a full truck engine inside upon my arrival. Also I had already paid for packing pads and they did not have them and did nothing to try and correct this issue.
MICHAEL CWas forced to drive to Montgomery to pick up a truck when there were several just like it next door to mine home. Truck I picked up was nasty, smelled like smoke, and had only a quarter of a tank of gas. Ended up having to pay for more miles. Next time, I'll do Ryder or Penske.

Delores MCar dolly was rented to me with a broken strap. Field manager had to replace the strap and service the whole dolly before I was able to tow my car. This maintenance significantly delayed my trip home. Field manager Scott (Randal) Ingle did a fantastic job of making this all right.

Charlie RWhen I pick up the trailer the rental location in Montgomery was a transmission repair shop with only this trailer on the yard. No one had any idea of what they were doing. I was told when given the check off sheet not to worry about it as I had insurance The employee I was told would hook up trailer, told me its was his first time and did not know how and did it incorrectly. The sliding brakes did not work. The receiving co was professional
HARRY DThere were open bags of food and old soda cans in the cab of the truck. inside the box had to be swept and cleaned before loading my things. I drove 100 miles and had to add 5 quarts of oil to the engine. The truck only got 5 miles per gallon the whole trip witch is horrible. I've rented from u haul before but never again.
