UHaul personnel was closed due to virus and the phone number went straight to answering machine. Had to call UHaul support to checkout. Unclear/unmarked area where to drop off trailer.

Lady confirmed 1/8 fuel, but at drop off location he says the paperwork does not reflect this! I cannot open the original contract to view what she wrote down- now I'm being billed 150 $in fuel charges because she incorrectly filled out the paperwork??

This location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. When I got there the truck was there but had not been assigned to my account so I couldn't pick up the truck and had to call. I had to call 3 times before I got an answer. There was also no box to pick up the key from as indicated in the video regarding truck pick up. When I did receive the key from the person working there he asked if I had included credit card information online and I indicated that I had already paid. He later text messaged and called me asking for credit card information using a personal phone and not one that was associated with U-Haul. In the end, I was never able to complete the pick up my truck form online because even after I had received the truck the link for pick up my truck wasn't available. Also, the furniture pads that I requested as part of my rental were also not in the truck when I went to load it and I ended up being double charged for the rental (although this was rectified later).
