James MoyerThe employee of the store was awful! I have never experienced being treated so badly by someone. She was yelling at us and SO RUDE. When we arrived to pickup the uhaul, another employee was there and said she didn't know how to rent.However we had reserved and was 30 early for pickup. The employee, Crystal, called the other employee, Susan. She arrived like a hurricane. Complaining that the store owner did not pay her "enough to deal with uhaul's crap and uhaul was awful!" Finally she pulled up the info and we thought we were set but the cost was double. When I question her, she again starting yelling "didn't you hear me! I am working between 2 stores for the owner and I don't have time for uhaul's crap. If you have a problems, call uhaul."Wow! We signed and said fine. She gave us the keys and never accompanied us to check the truck. We noticed the truck didn't have a full tank of gas and didn't even have a half of tank. We took a pic of the gas display and went back inside. The first employee, Crystal, was now the only one there. We explained to her and she wrote on a piece of paper how much gas, signed and put store contact info. We then called uhaul. They advised the store employee had marked using renting for 2 days instead of 1 and noted about the gas. We though everything was fine but when we arrived to drop off the truck, the store employee, Susan, was even worse than the day before! She said the truck didn't have enough gas. When we tried explaining what happened the day before, she immediately started yelling at us again!!! I am still baffled that she thinks she has a right to speak to people so rudely! She yelled "didn't you hear me yesterday? You don't like it or have a problem call uhaul! I am the only one that checks this in and out and you did not bring it back with enough gas! I don't care what anyone else says!" Again, wow!!!! We got into our vehicle and called uhaul. After being transferred a couple of times, the uhaul employee, Maria, had us send pics to her of the gas level and the note from Crystal. She agreed to credit back for the extra charge of gas. We left and hope we NEVER have to go back to that store again. Thankfully it is not near our house so that should not be a problem. We had reserved the rental from another location but someone called from uhaul and said it was not available. This was the next closest location, but if we had know all this, we would have gone elsewhere or not rented, so no, we would not recommend this location.

Brian PerryDidn't know what they were doing, had to wait an hour for my reservation as the lady at the front had to call her boss because they couldn't get into the account. Then I had to go hook up my trailer by myself verify everything by myself. When I returned the trailer no one was there to help get the trailer off. Not easy there anyone there who could sign anything saying I returned the trailer and that it was in the same condition. I will defiantly be using another location next time.
