My only problem was that I was trying to move out late Saturday (04/13/24) and Sunday (04/14/24), but the security lock was being replaced so I could not get to my Unit until Monday. Other than that everything was fine and the staff was very helpful.

Front of the truck was dirty. Steering felt loose and the truck was low quality. Had to clean out the box before putting furniture in.

I arrived at 1:45 pm on a Saturday and they were closed. Posted hours on the door are "open until 2pm on Saturday".

Overhead light inside the storage unit would be very helpful. A keypad on the back door would prevent people from being locked out when going to the dumpster. Otherwise no issues in the 7+ years of rental.

We should have been told verbally that an additional charge would be incurred if we did not return the rental by 10:00 am Monday. No one reads all the print. We would have done so if we knew.

I am very upset i had returned it the same day and had to pay $2,02 more. When i did not go over my mileage. The guy was saying alot of things like its a environmental fees and other fees. Im not please with this. He was not doing his job when i rented the uhaul. Im very disappointed. I will not rent from this location again.

Very happy with my experience here. Wide variety of sizes of climate controlled units. Easy to sign up and cancel our unit once we no longer needed it. I would definitely use them again for any storage needs in the future.

Overall this a nice facility. The only negative is they don't prorate the charges if you move out mid month.

Thank you Would appreciate access to onsite restroom facilities in storage unit areas, as allowed in past. Not sure if this is due to Covid or not, but there was no signage of any kind about why doors now locked .

The only issue I had with the truck was the radio had problems. You hit a bump and it go off and a message would pop up referring to a device being attatched AVI or something like that. Hit another bump and radio would come back on. Otherwise, everything was fine

I would not recommend because my card was charged multiple times in error for my rental. When I called to get the issue resolved after holding for an enormous amount of time my call was disconnected.

Be sure to have ALL items included in order. And if the reserved truck size isn't available the customer should be offered an option to pick up elsewhere. My original choice wasn't available, so I was given a much larger one and it required me to make more purchases to ensure my items didn't shift around.

The truck was dirty on the inside (worker said it was cleaned inside) and out (muddy) when I first got it they say that I reserved it soon as they got it back, but I reserved 45 min earlier than I picked up. Charged a $10 fee for they say a broken light bulb that was left in there when we got it dirty inside and out that ruined my experience for this location. I'll drive further if I have anything else to move.

Only issue was worker was checking the back storage facility so the door was locked when I got there. I had to wait about 5 minutes. Probably would not have happened had it not been Christmas Eve.

I was unable to move in due to personal issues and had to cancel the reservation. The young lady was very nice in canceling my reservation.

I only had the truck for 1 day and got charged for 2. They charged me for 212 miles when I only went about 30 miles. When I went to turn in the truck the guy told me he was about to close out and to put the key in the box and he'll take care of it. The truck was on the property before 5pm and when I asked since its here and they not done getting the stuff off would it be ok, he said yes and he'll take care of it. I said ok and now yall saying I owe all this money no this IS not so and I'm not paying it

I reserved the truck online. The reservation indicated another location. When I went there, the staff told me that the truck I reserved was at another location.

I have paid for my storage unit but have not had a chance to start using it yet but what i seen was very clean although I really wish the side roll up door was working.

The lady at the desk didn't even say hello, or ask us what we needed. It was the only truck available, but it was the size I needed. The cab had dirt on the floors and so did the back.

The truck was beat up and banged up. The truck ran rough and the inside was dirty. The utility hand trucks didn't have the belts on the bottom tread and we had to get others to move washer, drier, and refrigerator in once we reached home. Very disappointing. This was our third weekend to rent trucks and equipment and it was our worst. Truck was supposed to be on full tank of gas but wasn't. Just not satisfied with this uhual service. All previous ones were much better.

The staff was extremely polite. I was looking to rent a unit to put purchasing furniture in. That fell through. If and when I do need a storage unit I will go back to Beltline Storage to rent one.

Used on line check in reduced check in time greatly. The on line check in does not cover the check 100 %. Post the correct check in time on the reservation I could have use the extra half hour in the morning. Basically all in all good experience.

THEY LADY AT UHAUL WAS VERY NICE. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WITH MY RENTAL WAS DURING RESERVATIONS. I ASKED TO PICK UP AT 7;00 AM AND WHEN I GOT CONFORMATION PICK UP WAS AT 12:00 AND THEN AFTER LONG CONVERSATIONS I WAS ALLOWED TO PICK UP AT 8:30. I HAVE NEVER MADE A RESERVATION WITH UHAUL AND NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS. I THINK YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO YOUR SYSTEMS.

The engine light was on & stayed on the whole time . I dropped off @ a few minutes b4 2. The clerk was getting in her vehicle to leave...."we close at 2 on Saturday".

I have called three times with no answer and no returned phone call. They charged me incorrectly for mileage and won't respond to me. Not pleased at all.

Inside of truck was dirty, brakes made noise, brake light came on with a small wrench notified the drop off location of problem, half way through the trip I had a great concern regarding the brakes and had a trucker look at it for me, was told to just go the rest of the way carefully and reduce my speed. Took 2 day to arrive at my final location. Would never rent fro UHaul again "NOT FOR THE PRICE" AND RATTLED NERVES PUTTING UP WITH THE BRAKE PROBLEM THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED OUT BEFORE. Had to take out the junk in the back of the truck and wires were hanging down. Uhaul should a truck in that condition for the high cost I spent. I had no other options needed to get to location no later than Monday. Arrived on Sunday @ 9 pm

I made reservations for a hand truck and a furniture dolly, they had neither one. She let me use a personal one they had there, but it was not what I ordered. Had I not called the day before my move, I would have not known that they wanted me to go across the street for a furniture dolly. These are surprises I did not have time for. The truck not operating correctly caused me 2 hours of labor for 2 of my laborer at $10/hr. I feel I should have at least been offered compensation for that. The best thing you could ever do the improve your service next time (if there is a next time) is communicate and follow up with your customer any unforeseen issues that may cause them concern.

You were closed by the time I made it to town to unload my uhaul, so I had to find another storage facility.

The clerk wa very unprepared for the rental process. She was nice and told us she was new but she had to call several people on the phone to walk her through the process while we waited. It took 45 min to pick up a truck. Then the truck still had empty boxes and trash in the back and the gas gauge showed less gas than on the contract. Overall it was a difficult process.

Friendly. Cool,clean. 1 issue: emove site found on storall says 6x8 is enough for 1br home. Had to upgrade. barely fit contents of 500sf apartment. I didn`t even have a couch or bed. Otherwise great!
