I was unable to return the vehicle using your online app, I was told I had no open reservations or contracts. I texted a number posted at the unattended lot explaining this, along with odometer and fuel readings. The receipt I was emailed by uhaul showed an incorrect Mile In reading, and at 1,39 $ a mile I have been trying for two days to have it corrected.

I rented 2 dozen furniture pads. When I arrived the location had zero. I had to take time and drive to the main location to get pads.

We wanted to return it when a person was there to make sure we weren't liable for anything extra and ask if we would get any refund for returning in one day instead of two….so rushed to get there before advertised close at 2:00 but no one was there. We were able to call a posted number to get instructions on where to leave truck and completed online condition survey and dropped key in slot.

Please at least sweep out the garbage from the previous renters and maybe clean the glass? It would be nice to pick up a truck that was full of fuel instead of a half tank especially when my move was over the mountain. The worst part about the whole experience was dealing with Amber in the Eugene office she was extremely rude and unprofessional especially when we were in a critical position it's not fun loading appliances and other large items without a ramp. But, You can't have people standing around that you are paying anyway the truck did drive nice over the mountain and actually was pretty good on fuel

Rented an appliance dolly. Wasn't there guy said oh well and told me I can drive to another location to pick one up. Also this was not my original pick up location but then changed it to one that was an additional 30 minutes away and changed the pickup time from 8am to 12pm making me run late for my planned move which led to me being 1 hour late for drop-off and charged an additional day

My experience at this pick up location was great, beacuse the man working there helped me get my reservation figured out after Janice or Janet in Eugene CANCELLED my reservation, 5 minutes before I arrived to the pick up location. I called and was upset due to having to take a larger truck than we reserved without a discount or anything. She then took it upon herself to cancel my reservation, even though I had already paid 700 $. When the man at Bend City Cab called her to get it back, it took her 15 minutes to get my reservation back and then she charged me another 700 $.The man at Bend City Cab was great, but Janice or Janet needs a new job or some serious training on customer service.

The back of the truck was filthy… trash, dirt, dog/cat food, grease/grime. Otherwise, pick up and drop off was smooth and easy.

The pickup process was easy and fast. The truck looked to be in good condition....until I attempted to fuel up the truck. I found the fill hose had been cut and was leaking fuel onto the ground during fill up.

Had an issue that we just saw on the final bill. We were charged for gas of 103,00 $ for literally 50 miles and we literally put 6 gallons -15 $ in it 200 yards down the road before returning...so that does not seem correct. Please advise. Thank you. Bryan Timmerman 623-396-6469

Auto trailer worked fine, the front left tire tiedown latch had been rolled up and the strap double jammed in the the rusty latch and took me 30 min. to get loose which should have been taken care of before my pickup.

It is a single garage at the end of a dead end street. It took a few minutes to figure out that it was a uhaul site. It closes at 2:00. Bankers would be envious. There were two return processes neither of which worked for me. I finally called the local phone number. It rang straight through. The man at the other end was friendly and considerate.

I was given the wrong truck in the beginning. the truck had a flat tire and none of the pads I had rented were included. I had to drive that truck to the corporate office where they learned it was the wrong truck. Because the tire flat was so bad, they did not want me driving it back to the original location, luckily I had someone follow me to the location. I had to pick up all the pads from the corporate office, drive back to the original pick-up location to get the correct truck.

I was charged for fuel when I returned the truck with more fuel than when I got it. I called rep twice about it, sent pics of fuel gauge from when I picked it up and when I returned it, and still have not been credited for fuel charge. Very disappointing.

Dropped the truck off at noon and they r trying to charge me another day cause they did not check their box and what have u until 4:30. I call the phone number upon arrival was told to put keys in box with contract. Park next to fence and lock it. Did so!!!!!

Upon arrival to pick up truck I could not get the app to work - no Internet connection. Fortunately I was able to contact the location person who was excellent and helped me get the truck checked in without much delay. Do to snowy conditions the truck did not have good traction and slid around a lot while driving. The interior floor boards and box floor was not very clean.

The truck was filthy and they forgot my furniture pads. I had no option but to move forward without the pads because my movers were showing up. As. A result I have dirty chairs with dark stains In addition this site is not manned- it is appointment only. The office is filthy, unwelcoming, and cold. The young man who helped me was nice.

There was no prior explanation or direction that the pick up would be self serve. My data service was sub-pa at that location, so my phone was moving very slowly, AND it was cold outside. While I do like self pick-up and drop-of, it could have been executed better. Additionally, I felt the rental was WAY too expensive for that buck and how much I used it (miles and time)- that is ridiculous- ESPECIALLY considering I picked-up and dropped-off myself! I will not be using u-haul in the future based on the price alone!

The entire mobile/online process is a huge hassle. This could all be resolved with a person on site to handle the rental details. The owner of this location was very friendly and helpful but the UHAUL experience overall was aggravating.

No reflection on this location. My complaint is with the process. It took me a full 30 min after I arrived at the location to finally get access to the keys. It's ridiculous to wait until someone is at the lot to get their van & then ask them for a second form of ID! Why in earth would I bring my passport to pick up a truck?? I had already run the extensive gauntlet to get approval to rent the van. Being I did not have a passport, I have to provide TWO references & those references have to answer their phones & verify my identity?? Also, having to photograph & document every step made me feel like a criminal. I have to photograph the dashboard to prove I'm not lying about the tank level & mileage? I will be telling people not to rent from uhaul
