Jack OThe online check in / check out unfair. The tank was not at a half tank when I got it !!!! I took a picture !!! Then you say I didn't put enough gas in so online says I can add additional pictures so I went n got more gas by that time it would not let me add and it closed my account and you charged me. I have pictures before when I picked it up and after I got more gas!!! You charged me !!! That's not fair ! Also you said it was half full in the beginning then you sent another saying it wasn't half full . So confusing I've documented it all Yu need to figure it out! I would like my 15$ back you charged me unbelievable

TiM GThe biggest improvement would be to take a look at the app. There were several things that could be improved. I was surprised at all the additional information that was asked for at the time of rental. Several of the items could have been taken care of when I made the reservation including uploading my drivers license. Additionally, while I appreciate the use of a passport as a second way of verifying who I am, you have to understand that people in the USA typically do not carry that with them. Had I known I may need it, I'd have brought it with me. The pick up portion of the app was slow and cumbersome. When it was all said and done, it took me almost 30 minutes to get the truck. I tried talking to an agent and that took at least 10 minutes to get a response.

Savanna DThe location is totally fine. Your app for 24/7 pick up is garbage and practically unusable without calling customer support. I will not use 24/7 again unless in a real bind. Would explore all other options first. It is super frustrating to have an app that is so glitchy/cumbersome.

Thomas dThis place would have received 5 stars except we got scolded by the owner when we showed up at 10:15 for a 9:30 pickup time. I thought we had the truck reserved for the day. I wasn't aware that it was somewhat first come first serve. He told us the truck could have been rented to someone else, especially during busy season. Maybe this should be made more obvious on the U-Haul website. We got the truck and it was perfect. I just didn't enjoy being scolded first thing on move day. Other than that, everything was fine. The owner was friendly upon our return, so maybe he just hadn't had his coffee yet.

Josh GAbsolutely horrible key lock that needs lubrication. Letters obtained from the on line site verification, must line up exactly which was not very exact. I had to fiddle, and fiddle and fiddle. On line app directed me to a live customer service #/ person by phone and I was disconnected twice, third time I was given an alternate code, which also didn't work. Went back to original code and after multiple attempts was able to get my key! Overall check out took more than 45 minutes! Rediculous!

Gregory TMake it simpler to rent. Advertised price is somewhat deceptive ... When one includes mileage cost, cost of gas, typical insurance, environmental fee, rental tax, the cost easily is more than double advertised price. Oh, well.

Joseph TThe location and the owner was professional and knowledgeable and my only complaint is that if you do not have an actual bank debit card then you are not able to pay any extra fees and you have to put down $100 on your card, otherwise it was good.
Joetta LActually I left the Uhaul trailer at Nicholasville Road State Farm location- I looked on Google maps and didn't feel comfortable backing a trailer at Rosemont Gardens location but at the Nicholasville Road location I could pull through the lot and park in the back of the building, used firewood I found back there behind the wheels to prevent slippage of the wheels. I returned this morning and apologized for the use of the firewood and offered to pay for it but Derek was very gracious. Maybe signs at the Nicholasville Road location telling us where to park would be helpful. The Uhaul service personnel Christy whom I called on the 800 helpline was very helpful- she made sure I wouldn't be charged for an extra day with the holiday, since we dropped off the trailer after hours. I had to wait 20 minutes on hold but it was worth it to talk to a real human.

david gIt would be very helpful to list the pickup time on the mobile app and email. We didn't realize we only had 15 minutes from scheduled start time (that I couldn't find) to pick up truck. It was not so easy to correct.
Sharon EVehicle was clean but the truck is in need of repair. Had vibration and fair amount of play in the steering as well as noisy suspension. Trip took a bit longer than planned for fear of exceeding 60 mph
JAIRUS SHi! I still haven't received my gas refund due to gas gauge issue. I put 7 or 8 gallons over what I was supposed to put. I need my refund !!!!!
