Once again, my husband and I had to travel 2 hours one way and 3 hours back (due to winter conditions) to pick up a uhaul trailer!! Yep, once again the original trailer did not work as the lights were burned out! Yep, once again, Winnipeg, the capital city of Manitoba, did NoT have a trailer for us! What is up with this company? Unsafe, untrustworthy, unreliable, and outrageously expensive! This company is unfortunately the only one available to use! The telephone customer service is unhelpful to say the least! Perhaps one of your owners should drive one of your disgusting things and see how it is to live a day in our moccasins!! Shame

If it wasn't for the staff and helpers support my family in transferring the items from one broken truck to another, we would be still there! These people were the most helpful and we appreciate Sheeva and his team for helping us!!!

There was water bottles left in cabin. It drove fine and no equipment was damaged while using. When I dropped off the unit in Neepawa the app gave me the wrong address as drop off location. There was no drop box for the key and I had to call the number in the business and they told us to move the uhaul to another location where the uhauls are. Next time please fix this problem as it causes problems for other future customers.

Previous customer didn't report faulty rear right taillight. Service missed it on inspection. I had temporary magnetic lights. Service now aware of taillight and is repairing accordingly. Overall, transaction was quick and polite!

I've had 5 moves with UHaul and have never had one go correctly. The policy of the person before you being able to extend their rental is awful and puts the next person in a very bad position. Thanks to you we had to pay an extra months rent and put off our move two days

Equipment should have been out and ready. It was dirty and the lights did not work without repair. When I got to a location where i could check the air in the tires one had only 15 pounds in it. Friendly helpful staff.

Pickup location had me running almost an hour late. Printer paper jam up and computer problems. I had movers waiting for me in Dauphin. Once I got on the highway and looked at the gas meter, there was only 1/4 tank of gas in the tank. I immediately called pickup location, he said he forgot to put fuel in it, asked me to come back on my way home to pick up some money. I spent $250 on the side of the highway on fuel in Erickson MB. That brought the meter up to 3/4 tank. When I arrrived In dauphin, late, we had to waste more time cutting the lock off the back of the truck so I could access the back space. The key was not working. I took video of it. When I came back to pickup location to get money, he gave me $40. Something doesn't add up right. I spent a lot of money on fuel, and now I'm paying workers dead time because I'm late and cutting off door locks. Frustrating day all because of the uhaul. Other than that, the truck was great.

The person renting me the furniture Dolly didn't know how to do it she had to go on the phone with somebody else and when I returned The 4 wheel Dolly furniture Dolly nobody gave me my deposit back yet it wasn't put back into my account so for 3 hours that Dolly costed me $60

Staff were friendly and helpful but it was alarming to have a staff member use a personal phone to take a photo of my ID. All UHaul locations should have a separate, professional only, tablet or some such tech tool for this. Reflects poorly on UHaul's brand. Seems untrustworthy. + signage and cleanliness were awful. Place looked disorganized.

I had to drop one trailer in Indian Head but I had to drive one hour to pick up the other at Neepawa. The fuel is $2+ a liter. Would be nice if you cared enough to try to limit my driving.

The uhaul was clean but the tires were bald and I had to be pulled up a hill and after that I couldn't make it up the storage exit i had to take a run for it 2 times. The young lady at the front was exceptionally nice

I was very impressed with all of the staff - they were more than accommodating. They were pleasant and very helpful. They would certainly be my choice when I have need of U-Haul equipment again.

Locations were fine and the lady was helpful but I will never rent a uhaul again based off my experience. I made my reservation and accidently included all supplies, I called in to cancel but had a 50 minute wait so I opted for a call back. In 4 minutes I canceled the supplies but it needed a representative from uhaul to confirm. The person called back and confirmed they only saw the truck and no supplies. The following day I received an email the supplies shipped. I called in again and had another long wait. I got the call back and said 1 item shipped and it was too late to cancel. Then the day before I was to pick up the 26ft truck, I received a call nothing was available in the city I live in. I had to drive 1 hour away to pick up a truck that was 11ft smaller. I had help to load the truck that I had to reorganize. After losing hours because of the extra travel, we were behind loading. I had to rent another truck and trailer to finish the move the following day. The real annoying part is I got an email a couple days later that I was over km's and was charged $5 and something. Not only was I put in a difficult situation 24 hours before I planned on using it, I had to pay for extra fuel for driving an hour out of my way in my personal car and the extra fuel the uhaul used as well as renting a truck and trailer elsewhere to finish the move. I understand it is difficult coordinating trucks in a company as large as yours but this whole experience was terrible and caused a lot of extra stress in an already stressful situation.

Had a super bad experience picking up the uhaul. Took almost an hour and a half. Some staff were helpful, the staff were the uhaul was were extremely disorganized and made the process painful.

Uhaul completely screwed up when they told me to pick up at this location that's not even in my city. They didn't even act like they did anything wrong by doing this.

It's a 2 location pickup. You have to go to a different location that is not listed first in order to complete the paperwork. We would not have known if we hadn't previously stopped in to make sure the trailer was there for pickup. Paperwork was easy and agent was nice and knowledgeable and had me on my way to the trailer location quickly. Trailer location employees had no idea I was coming upon initial stop by earlier that day, nor were they ready for me upon appointment of trailer pickup. Once they hooked my trailer up I pulled away. I went out of view, stopped and readjusted the trailer chains as they had no idea on how to cradle then I was on my way. Trailer was not looked over before or after rental. It was clean though.

HORRIBLE experience. Would never go back to this location. Called ahead for packing boxes and bubble wrap and when i got there they didn't have the product I was looking for. Requested a 6x12 Uhaul on a Tuesday am for pick up Saturday am. I was told they were going to pick one up for me that day. I received a call Friday afternoon (after my fathers funeral) confirming my reservation, I asked if i could pick up the trailer later that afternoon and i was told not a problem the worker was on the way back with it. I was at the dealership at 5, no one was there, waited approximately half hour then a young fellow showed up, very nice person, and tried to call the girl that was supposed to be working 10x and she would not answer her phone. Apparently she went home? He also let me know the worker that was picking up the trailer ran out of gas and their boss went to take her fuel. He attempted to help me , as i was going to pay for the trailer to speed the process up but was unable to. He repeatedly tried to call the girl that was supposed to be working and she would not answer. An hour and 15 had now gone by. He had me follow him to the other lot where the trailer would be delivered. When we pulled in the other girl that wouldn't answer the phone appeared in her pyjamas and did not look happy. She called the worker that was bringing the trailer and she proceeded to tell us she thought the transmission in the vehicle she was driving had blown. Their boss was towing the trailer back in a cadillac. I told the girl to call me when the trailer arrived. It was over 2 hours from start to finish before the trailer arrived. I asked the girl about a discount on he trailer because of the 2 hours I gave up of my time and the hassle. She was very rude and told me it wasn't her fault the worker had vehicle issues and she didn't know that i had a reservation. I refused to give my credit card info as I felt very uncomfortable. I went to back up to hook up to the trailer and there were no lights anywhere, lot was pitch black. If it weren't for my brother being with me I would have left and canceled the reservation. This location has 0 customer service skills and is very sketchy. The drop off location in Slave Lake was awesome. After the pain and stress of losing my dad and having to clean his apartment out and drive 2 provinces in terrible weather I did not need the added stress of the Neepawa location. I did call and file a complaint on the Sunday, 2 days after pick up and was told someone would be calling me within 72 hours. I called on the Thursday am and was told the area rep would be calling me that afternoon, it is now Sunday and Ive yet to receive a call from anyone. I will be making this experience very well known.

Have a full tank of fuel. Had to get them to add a liter of engine oil. The facility looked 3rd world. Weeds around the building were 2,5' high. Mileage on the vehicle weren't in metric so I couldn't tell if I had a rebate coming
