I had booked online initially and was confirmed to pick up and drop off at the Lake Country location which is near where we live. I did stop there first. I would say that a lesson in communication and who the customer is is required. The Adams location people were great as I noted in the above survey.

The man who recieved the UHaul was not impressed to have us because he was not told a head of time that the UHaul woukd be arriving. It wasn't very nice after a long day of traveling and having found tgat my belongings had neen ruined due to IHauls faulty van.

I would like to say the staff there were fantastic. However the experience at the Enterprise Rd Location in Kelowna was horrible. 45 Minutes waiting, computer systems that were being updated during the busiest hours, And incredibly understaffed. The online booking experience also shouldn't change your reservation location without notifying you.

When someone books online at a certain location do not reroute them after the booking is done. If one location does not have the unit then say so. I was sent way out of my way to get a trailer I booked that was supposed to be at the location I entered. Not happy with uhaul. It always seems to be one thing or another with uhaul. Everytime i rent at uhaul there is a problem.

Booked at one location but had to go to a different one to pick up trailer. I was not informed in advance so added a few minutes to the pick up experience.

We drove 10 hours and when we arrived at the storage to pick up our stuff we noticed every seam on the trailer was leaking. Since we didn’t have options we loaded our stuff and hit the road. By the time we reached Kelowna most of our boxes were damp on the bottom. Our new still boxed headboard was super damp. Luckily it’s not damaged. This trailer should have had the seams resealed.

Was charged for 6 furniture pads and a utility dolly.. never received these items... waited on hold for 1 hour to speak with uhaul.. I gave up.. I will never use uhaul services again and I am posting my experiences in social media and making sure my friends and family know the service I received.. Thank you for making a stressful time that much more stressful.. you should be ashamed of the employees you have.

The truck only had 1/4 tank in it for my long distance this was a inconvenient. I put $30 in at 1.26 which on put an 1/8 in and only lasted me to my load location in Lake Country, BC. I put $50 in next for my even longer trip to the unload location and only used 5% of a tank. I would like a refund for the extra 1/4 tank of gas I put in and for inconvenience of Best Choice's debit machine NEVER working cuz it's an older model! He also said the truck arrived just before I got there so I don't think he did much to maintain.

The running light on the trailer did not work. The front of the trailer leaks and because I was driving on wet snowy roads water leaked inside the front of the trailer and a few of my belongings were damaged.

Not entirely sure but suspect the brakes on the trailer may need attention. Overall the location itself was good even though it wasn’t the closest location to me
