I order a 10' trucker. When I got to the location, I was told that they had no trucks available. Another truck came in and I told them I wanted that truck, but I was only going to pay the 19,95 rate as I already had movers waiting to move me. The attendant old me I had to call Uhaul. After an hour I had to accept 26' at the higher because movers were waiting. I'm not happy that I had to pay because of poor service. I will not use Uhaul again. I wanted to be refunded the extra money I paid for the bigger truck.Caroline W.
Location did not have the hand cart that I ordered, fortunately I was able to find one from a friend. The agent was able to remove the charge. They were very accommodating when I asked to keep the truck until the next day. Will use them again.Barbara S.

I was in need of a tow dolly due to my daughter's vehicle broke down in Maryland and needed to get it back to New York. I called the first UHaul location only to be left on hold for over 40 minutes as the location then closed I was forced to call the call center to make my reservation as I was on route to Maryland from NY. Vincent was helpful in obtaining the dolly at another location,Best Deal Tire. My reservation was for 9am for which I was prompt only to be told that the person handling UHaul had just left. I called him and he said he was on his way. While waiting I attached the dolly to my vehicle. 45 minutes later he still has not returned so I continued the check in on line. He still did not come back so I texted the reservation information to him so I can begin my journey back to NY. The employees spoke little to no English so communication was difficult.Charles M.
