It was easy to reserve a unit, and to fill out the paperwork. It was also very easy to off-load the 20' U-Haul truck I had, into the unit I had rented.

Website showed that office hours ended at 4pm on move in day. I arrived to office at 345p on move in day and no one was at the office and door was locked. Unable to obtain storage unit like requested.

Hours show the offices are closed sat and sun so I couldnt respond. Also shows access hours of only 5am-10pm which wouldnt work for me as i work overnights and go at odd hours.
