The gentleman that helps with the uhaul reservations was so nice and helpful. I had to come and leave a review about the awesome service I received. I arrived at the location to confirm the reservation and contacted him. He let me know that I should be able to get the truck and contact him if I needed help with anything. I ended up having to call him back and he helped me get everything taken care of. Very polite and courteous. The location is clean and quiet. I recommend this uhaul location to others. Thanks again for everything!

This is a convenient location for Duluth customers, though not immediately obvious from the road. Pictures of this location on the U-Haul website could help customers find this location more easily. Staff was very helpful and courteous at both pickup and drop-off. Would definitely use this location again, should I need a U-Haul in the future.

They allowed cars from the business next door to block in the truck, so when I showed up to do the virtual pickup process I was not able to pull the truck out of the parking space. Also, the location is a mess with litter strewn everywhere. This is a bad location for the U-Haul brand.

The customer service person - Carlos was not customer friendly when explaining why the approval takes time. His voice was very feeble when talking, kept saying in general DL scanning is not clear and asking me to do it again and again (4 to 5 times). Due to his unfriendly handling and multiple times, I ended up wasting my time for mobile pickup. I recommend to check on this

Specifically asked if there was anything I needed to do or sign before going. He told me I was good to go. Then when I get to my storage unit I receive a link to verify equipment condition. Unfortunately it was too late and the link timed out. I called him back and he said jot to worry about it. Luckily I took pictures just in case but I should have been made aware of this.

I arrived early and the truck was ready and waiting for me. Freddie was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had checked in online so the entire process was fast and seamless. Easiest truck rental experience ever!

They had a sign taped over the key drop box on 5/1 on that they were not taking returns until 4/30. I removed the sign so I could put my key into the drop box.

The pictures online were out of date and I had to spend a bit if time uploading new pictures showing scratches and dents. Also the low tire pressure indicator was on, I had to add air but by the time I returned the van the indicator was back on

a previous damaged area on the side wall of the truck bed allowed water in during a rainstorm. It had been there for some time with rust color stain coming from it. In between maintenance visits I recommend uhaul utilize something like “Gill Patch” or a spray sealer to help prevent water seepage.

First off, service was great. No complaints. My only concerns were that the gas tank was on E and there was a hissing sound in the cabin.

Terrible. Very upset. This U-Haul site did not offer one way rental and sent us 15 miles south to another U-Haul dealer. We had ordered one hand truck and 10 furniture blankets. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING. As we were ready to pull out, another U-Haul truck pulled in and luckily we got at least a hand truck. In the reservation #24221607, the pick up up location was as above described. You never told me that the pick up location was different. Shame on you.

Car was not as clean. Also I have a 15 min wait because the car key was not there to self pick up. But the agent, Frank, arrived as quickly as he could to hand me the key. His manner and behavior was professional.

The truck itself leaks onto the driver, IN THE CAB, when it's raining. Clearly this issue is ongoing, as people have stuffed kleenex and paper towels in areas where water comes in. The truck had suffered some kind of damage and the caulk job to seal it didn't solve the problem.

Location has no onsite person to check out rental. They have a phone number on the window to call. When I called, the guy I spoke to said the rental showed me one way to some other city but it was set for a 4-hour max rental to return to the same location... so he modified it. He modified it and added a $14 Safe Move charge that I've yet to get removed. Avoid this location.

My fiance and I couldn't show up at the scheduled time to pick the truck up, and we ended up calling this place around 9 p.m. However, the person who helped us kindly guided us via phone on check-out. Thankfully, I was able to finish moving on time.

The lot appeared vacant. One vehicle was stored behind the lot. There were several broken down autos behind the location. There was nobody on site at the location to do the check-in. I would not recommend using this location for check-ins.

The system is very streamlined. I was able to reserve the vehicle online only two days before. I showed up and the vehicle was ready to go. Drop off was even faster. Both gentlemen I dealt with were helpful, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend this location.

The van was FILTHY inside. We also had to go back to my house for blankets and such because the vendor did not have them, despite my ordering such. When I asked about the cost charged versus quoted online, he was quite impatient and flippant, refusing to address my concerns. This business needs to improve exponentially before I will use or recommend them again. Not a good reflection on UHaul as a brand.

I dropped the truck off after hours. The physical location of the lot is not very desirable - dirt driveway, pot holes, water puddles, overgrown shrubs, an older structure for the office, etc.

The boss man in this location was superb. He was very personal and understanding. Asked very good questions. He saw a customer in need and worked around issues to make sure I was taken care of right away. During these trying times I got what I needed right then and there and got the job done. He didn't inform me of the change - my original reservation was to return it to another location. He made it to return to him and didn't tell me I basically have no mileage. I was charged 155 and then an additional 132 because of him. I will never use uhaul again.

I was told by a representative that I had 24 hrs to drop off the uhaul truck without being charged extra however I was charged a $20 after service fee. I also filled up the gas tank and made sure it was fu before returning but was charged a fuel fee of $12. This could have been better explained. I will not be renting again

I would appreciate uhaul not changing my pickup location the morning of my registration. I had to drive out of my way to go to a different location. I would also like it if the mirrors were more easily adjustable as that was a concern while driving. I also do not understand why I was under review for pickup right before I did my pickup as that added stress to an already stressful situation.

Prevent them from stealing from the customers, if you can. They switched the return date to extort money from the customers. The 24/7 return policy is a scheme to rip off customers.

The operator at the location was difficult to reach to process my rental. He was not on site, had to call him to complete the rental. Did not process my return until the day after the equipment was returned. Kept the equipment in a muddled area and I, the customer, had to completely hookup myself.

Stood there for about 5 minutes before he decided to tell me he'll process my return in about 10 minutes and I would get a email. But never got any notification until the next day around 4:30 after I called customer service early the following day.

This was an after hour /weekend rental so location was closed. The issue we had was with Uhaul App/website. It took us 1 hr to pick up the truck via phone and another 1 hr to return the truck. I will definitely pick a different company next time. To top our experience, someone took our truck and ended up with a smaller truck for the price of the bigger version.

I had a very negative experience with this location. My recommendation is to avoid it because the owner doesn't care about customers and not paying attention to details. This is a small u-haul location with a limited number of trucks and utilities. The owner of this place, Frank, was very friendly when I was booking the truck to go one way from Duluth to Atlanta. I asked if he can have a furniture dolly ready for me when I am going to come to pick up the truck, and I explained to him that this is very important for me, and I can't move if I don't have the dolly. Frank said not to worry and he can get it for me, no problem. When I came to pick up the truck, the dolly wasn't there! Frank said I can get it down at the other big u-haul location which was a good 15 mins away from where I was picking up the truck. I had no choice but to go to that location because I needed the dolly. When I arrived, there was no dolly either because everything was rented out! I had to spend good 30 minutes trying to convince the lady to rent me the only dolly left for sale with a condition to bring it back to this location. I had to agree because I had no choice. In addition to issues with a dolly, u-hail had issues with the system that day. Nobody could insert customer information into the system. Frank spent an hour trying to put my info into the system and to give me the truck. Instead of writing my info down and dealing with technical issues later, he kept me in the office waiting. Later that day when I was dealing with moving, he called me two times because he forgot my credit card. Frank said that he will give me a discount for my troubles but, in the end, he charged me a regular price. Finally, when the system went back up, three days later he started a brand new order and inserted my information without informing me or the place where I was going that he is doing it. This created an issue at the destination location and they charged me a late fee of $170 because they had no idea that this transaction was for the previous date. So I had to call Frank which very coldly told me that it is my responsibility to call customer service and start a dispute with the destination location. All of it could have been easily avoided if Frank did what he was supposed to do and actually cared about the customer and was trying to help instead of finding somebody else to blame. My advice: avoid this location and save yourself from unnecessary problems.

This authorized dealer was very rude and treated me like a bother because he was not at the location when I set up my pick up time, so I called him and talked to me like I was incompetent. I did not appreciate that.
