poor customer service, unclear direction, online booked pickup location close to my house but U haul give me different location far from my house the last minute, got charge for so much miles because pickup and drop off location far from home, no key drop off mail box, so I have to take time off from work to drive there and drop off key.Nhi D.
Unit was running on fumes, it took 45 minutes to get the truck in the morning, another 45 minutes to get reimbursed the $60 worth of gas I put in to get it to a quarter tank to avoid being charged the $30 fee for returning it on empty (put 10 miles on the unit total). I dont think i'll use u haul again.adam B.

Truck needs maintenance, felt like the alignment was off. Had to turn the wheel a bit to the left to make it go straight.Cody T.
Truck dirty,drove horrible,had lids from dirty needles in cab. Store clerk had no idea what he was doing. Would never go back to this location. My worst experience ever with uhaul. Makes me question if I will ever rent again.Allison S.
Have a vendor who knows what he is doing. The guy didnt show up. I called the business number and left my number and call was never returned with an explanation or apology for the inconvenience. I had to call uhaul and then he arrived. When returning he did not seem to know what he needed to do to complete. He asked for the information that I was the renter. I then asked anything else, and he had a confused look on his face but finally realized that maybe he should look at the vehicle. He did but I had to ask him if there was anything else before he advised that everything was complete. Not impressed at all! Go to another vendor!!!Jodi A.
