Location rep did not speak English or know the mobile process at all. Took longer than necessary. Truck was not clean or swept out.

The associate never tell me how many miles going to use and put 100 miles for this reason my bill go up and grab the money for the bank $271, the total cost is $121 only use 39 miles and still waiting for the money difference back to my account.

This pick up location was at a gas station. The rental manager made me pay for a full tank, even though it should they truck was less than full on pick up. In addition, he did not explain any fees and or mileage charges. I estimated I would need it no more than 80 miles for the day. I was charged for 89 and actually used only 72 miles. I will NOT use Uhaul again or this location for fuel again. Very unprofessional.

Attendant checking me in wasn't very familiar with the process. He was very friendly and nice, just not well trained on the Uhaul website

Have someone working at the location that knows how to process the UHaul Pick up and drop off. While I was at the location, I had to process my own pick up on my cell phone, which is what I was trying to avoid to begin with. Representative at this location could not sign into the computer. Had to call the owner on the phone and was not able to resolve the problem, so the owner instructed to process the pick up on my personal cell phone. Upon return of the rental, again the person working the counter had to call the owner for help. Again could not resolve the problem. Owner said he was on his way and would be there in 45 minutes. I am a hotel manager, and could not stay there and wait 45 minutes for someone to process my return. Owner then said to leave your cell phone number and he will call to get the credit card number to bill when he arrives on location. Owner did call and again told me I could have processed the return on my cell phone. I could not do this, because I wanted to use a different credit card to pay with, then what I gave when processing my own pick up on the cell phone.
