DANIEL ZNever received the dolly, said that when I picked it up. Even took a picture of the empty truck with nothing in it. Then after dropping it off it still was on there and I was charged for it.
Nicholas HExcellent pick up and drop off location. "Acceptable" U-Haul experience overall. The trailer I rented was clean and had new tires. I do not recommend trying to rent on a Sunday. I also do not recommend reserving more than a few weeks in advance. I had reserved a trailer about 2 months in advance. U-Haul said I would receive a phone call the day prior to my rental, before 6pm, with my final pick up location and time. It was 4pm the day before, and I had not received a call. The Uhaul app had a different pick up location from my preferred location,. This different location was going to be closed at my desired pick up time. I called uhaul myself to change the pick up time and location; easy. The next morning (Sunday), no one was at the scheduled pick up location (sub zero wind chills but less than 1" of new snow). I waited for 40 minutes. Uhaul said my trailer had to be inspected before I drive away. So, I canceled that rental reservation and ultimately picked up at this location (Better Half Properties) on a different day (Monday). Do not try to rent a trailer on a Sunday.

JAMES JThe online rental process became unnecessarily cumbersome when I was required to provide 2 additional contacts because my drivers license was from another state. Really?? What a ridiculous nuisance for a one day in town rental.

Doug FI would recommend the location but the online service wants to charge you for charges that you didn't not make. I would error on caution to use your online app again and would possibly look into using a different service so I don't get chartered 170 extra dollars even though it got refunded.

DUWAYNE PI was not informed that I would need an account to check the truck back in. I showed up 10 min early to return the truck only to find out I needed an account and I had to verify my location which didn't work because I didn't have service at that location. When I called I was told there was nothing they could do and to call Uhaul, when I did that I was told I'd be on hold for an hour. All the while I was late at that point. Very complicated when all's you should have to do is drop the keys off.
DREW DWhen returning the unit after hours, I could not use the app for quick return and had to call the 1-800 number and it took over two hours for an associate to answer the phone. The return process was horrible and I was charged an extra day.

They saved the day for me. the U Haul facility I booked with originally only had a trailer with broken lights - not what you want after travelling half way across the country. Better half properties was great. Overall U Haul experience - not so much.
ERIC Kwe only got 30 minutes away and lights on trailer went out. called Chris he said to drive to Indianapolis that was the only place to fix it. finally he gave us a place in Ft Wayne and it wasn't open. found the corp office and were told they don't do repairs. One nice young man finally gave us a new pigtail and the lites worked. After a 3 1/2 hr delay we were finally on our way to Florida. It was stupid to have to deal with this. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Ronald BIt was pouring down rain when I got there. I started to get out of my car and the rental guy came out and told me to stay in the car and he would take care of everything so that I did not get wet! He checked everything out and then he unhooked the trailer so I did not have to do anything or get wet. What GREAT SERVICE!!! This is the kind of customer service that all businesses should have. Thanks again to the attendant for this.
WILLIAM BSuper small and got right to me. Answered any questions and made sure everything was understood. Only uhaul employee to actually be decent. Was going to drop off at the goshen Indiana location but the employee is rude, cursed me out because he was having a bad day and couldnt take time to look at our contract before calling and harassing me. This webster location is going to be the only location I deal with IF I ever decide to belittle myself enough to rent from uhaul again.

We moved and had to buy shit ofc we don't have the money to pay you because we had that in the budget weeks ago when it was supposed to come out and then planned Accordingly after we thought it came out!
MARCUS GThey need to have someone there especially during pickup and drop off hours !! We were on hold for 45 min and still did not get anyone on the phone because my iphone wouldn't recognize the location !! I did finally get it to work. Or if they do not want ot man this location maked the app more user friendly OR and phone # where someone can come help you !!! Had trouble on pickup and drop off !! Was not a happy camper - moving is stressful enough without having trouble picking up AND dropping the truck. :((((
