Almost a week after I returned the trailer they still hadn't checked it in for me and I had corporate call me wanting to know when I was going to return the trailer, very very poor customer service

My hometown uhaul are people I've known my entire life...they treat you like everyone else... like family. The Auburn Uhaul is excellent!

I was overcharged and still haven't been reimbursed for the overcharge. I've called numerous times and am told her regional has to do it. She'll call him again. Bullshit. If you can overcharge me, you should be able to reimburse it. Not happy with this transaction! !!

This location did not have everything I had reserved. I had to travel to another city out of my way in order to get everything that I needed. This cost me valuable time.

The place we picked up the u-haul had no clue we were there to pick up the truck, the person we talked to prior wasn't there & obviously hadn't passed any information on. There wasn't hardly enough gas for us to get to a station, then we had to pay extra when we turned the truck in. It seems there should have been at least enough gas so we didn't have to wonder if we'd even make it to a station. Then we got two different phone calls asking if we were going to pick up the truck & we had already picked it up 2 hours prior. Was not a very good experience to say the least!!!
