i tried to order online prior and it was a complete waste of my time. You have to take a photo of yourself, then front and back of ID, then give them reference names and phone numbers. Apparently they could not verify my ID. Asked for the same information three times. Called my references and then denied me picking up the truck. So I went inside and the guy rented me the truck in about 5 minutes. Never wasting my time with their website again.

The only issue was getting a nasty call from u hall asking where the the dolly was. I used it for about an hour or less. Returned the item to the store about an hour or so after using it. Did. NOT appreciate the NASTY CALL FROM U HALL. Not my fault there was inefficiency with the return on the dolly. Was NOT HAPPY with that at ALL. They need to check with the rental location before accusing someone of NOT doing something.....

I picked up my truck and drove to my home approximately 25 minutes away..as soon as I start loading Bi-Rite calls and says I have to bring the truck back becausethey gave me the wrong one!! I had a 2:00 funeral to be at so the extra 2 hours spent returning,meant I had to load after the Service and then drive to Chicago..when I asked to speak to I believe Kris,he looked around the corner and yelled at me “I’m on the phone deal with U-Haul I don’t care!! What a guy,I get verbally abused after being extremely inconvenienced..and the kicker is that the truck he gave me the second time was identical to the first...but the trip went well without a hitch and I’ll probably rent from you again,but that guy was a complete Ass and should be talked to..Thanks,Mark

The process took too, long. The truck interior smelled like a barn stall. The Insurance is a scam - I don't care what you all claim, my Insurance covers me in any vehicle I drive, whether for personal use, business, commercial or otherwise, So telling customers that Uhaul doesn't accept anyone's Insurance is pure bullshit - you don't have any say in what my insurance covers. I didn't fall for that crap, but I'm sure there are plenty of people who do & all I can say is shame on you! If I hadn't been in a bind I would have walked away. One thing I can assure you of is that I will never use you again. And you can bet I'll warn all my friends not to use you.

Your mobile check in took me longer than it should have... It took me 15-20 minutes to pick up the vehicle. unless you have an app that will unlock your vehicles, you should not call it mobile pickup. the steps I had to take were just ridiculous. When I picked the van up it had, just shy of, 3/4 of a tank of gas. I went 27 miles and put about 5 gallons of gas in the van before I returned it. I was charged, from uhaul, for an additional 6.30 of gas. I was thinking about using uhaul more regularly for my projects; that has changed since my last experience. If I rent from you again in the future, I will need to take pictures of everything.

This facility was not set up for frequent UHaul service. The woman who cashiered the convenient store also checked out the truck. She was very busy and despite my inputting all the information into the on-line application, she had to start all over. In the end, I ended up paying $56 for the SafeMove that I had waived. I didn't want to bother her with redoing again so I paid it.

This location was very easy to find and it was also very well organized and had super friendly and helpful staff. They made everything very smooth and easy to start and I had no issues with the process. It was a nice area with plenty of room and marked signs.

The 15 foot van was filthy, the air conditioner unit didn’t work (one setting blew air & And it didn’t get cold), the van steering pulled so badly on the highway it probably hasn’t been aligned or rotated in years, the muffler/exhaust system is so loud because it’s got holes in it, and the van has a fuel leak near the filler neck. Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual U-Haul dealer where when these sorts of things are mentioned the management they will investigate on the spot. Will not ever use this location again.

Back of the truck was very dirty. Looked like the last person filled it with mulch or dirt. Had to clean before it was usable. The gas wasn't at the said amount. Was only about a sixteenth off but I only drove 15miles. I was in a hurry and wasn't worth my time at that point to get these things corrected. The dolly in the back didn't have a breakable tag and didn't realize till the truck was almost packed and thought the whole time I was probably going to be charged for it. But I didn't. This is too bad because this location is very convenient for me and I rent quite a bit from uhual but if they can not properly check their trucks in/out I'll just have to spend extra on mileage and fuel to get from somewhere else or location

It was dirty. The bathrooms available were filthy. The toilet lifted off of the ground and the rear tank spilled onto the floor. Add signage to help the customer know where and who to speak with upon entrance.

Extremely unhappy with Uhaul. First we get a call that the reserved location is unavailable and that the nearest available location is 8.5 miles away when in fact it was more like 20 miles away which added a significant amount to the bill (customer service refused to make an adjustment). Also, the truck was unsafe for the highway. VERY unhappy.

The site was frozen for Express check-in but the gentleman in the store was very helpful and getting me registered quickly and efficiently definitely a great place to rent from I will be using them again

Truck Check engine light was on from the start of the rental. Truck shimmied and you had to over steer to keep the truck in its lane while driving. Thank goodness I didn't have to drive very far.

It took me about 20 minutes just to drop off the UHaul. The staff wasn't knowledgeable about what was needed for me to return the vehicle. There seemed to be confusion about accessing my order and the gas level that was in the truck when I picked it up. It took her making a call to someone twice to sort things out. It also appeared that there were some issues with their computer. Additionally, the location is in the middle of an understaffed grocery store. As soon as patrons showed up to make purchases, she would stop working with me to go service them even though I was there first and waiting. Definitely not a good experience with this location.

Need to train staff properly to handle rentals. Spent a total of 30-45 minutes between pick up and drop off trying to figure out payment and processing the rental.

I would tell your customers to pre register online and answer all the guestions. Doing so made my wait very short i was in and out in 5 minites. The people their are finaminal and very willing to help right away. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SERVICE...

2 issues first on my finial payment I was over charged for a dolly that I never ordered or used. Secondly I started with less than a full tank, and returned it with a full tank and no credit was given, I don't know about that ,but that does not seem right.
