Needs to have a better customer service and also need to improve of doing a better and not asking the customer to do their job also when I dropped off the truck they didn't even checked the truck if it has damage or not

There should be a time limit of where pickup and drop off locations can be changed. We got a text saying someone would call us shortly from U-Haul. Never received a call or text so we went to the original scheduled location to find out our pickup location only to find out our pickup location has changed. This was 2 hours prior to our pickup time.
Kaitlynn Smart-Widdupl was charged $80 for gas on a truck rental. however l only put 9 miles on the vehicle and l put $5 worth of gas in the truck. then they tried to charge me for 29 litres of gas. this is not even possible.

MELVIN DALIEI always rent from Uhaul, and I observe that the truck has an odor and that the dash is dusty. The last truck I rented was the same and had trash such as an empty can of soda and used tissue.

victoria crossmanThis location is absolutely awful. I told them when I would be dropping off and when I showed up the one person working did not know how to do anything UHAUL related. I had a friend come and drive with me and I got a babysitter for my children and now this person was no able to check me out. He told me to just leave the keys and the next day someone would do the return when they came in. I told him this was unacceptable. I wanted to be there for the return to make sure everything was correct. It took me getting very upset for him to call someone. I then had to leave the store and stand outside as he went to the truck to check the gauge and vehicle. Then we he went in and talked to someone on the phone and next thing I know I have a receipt. I had to argue and wait 45 minutes for this return. At another location I had rented from this was not the case. It was so easy and seemless but this location was so awful.

ANDREW PRICEI booked the uhaul for 12 noon and when I went to collect the uhaul they said they don't have anything available BCS someone did not return it. They told me to come again at 1pm. I had to travel again to my house and also they said I would get discount as it was late for me to pickup and eventually they charged more. Useless location just a steal of time and money. Never would recommend this location to anyone. Worst experience so far. Won't be again booking truck with uhaul.

ROBERT HEINBUCKU-haul give the one of the worst experience I had ever in my life. Set time for pick up at 7:00AM. Get there and the car is not ready until 8:00 AM without any notice. Back at 8:00 and waiting for another 50 minutes for the guy to go through process :)))) what a beautiful day to pick up a U-Haul. The worst service ever.
