There was nobody at the location when I arrived at 11:30 AM on Friday. I called the big boy phone number but got an answering machine. I used the on-line check in but it is time consuming. I would have preferred if there was in person check in.James C.

I was having one of the worst days of my life, trying desperately to make a complicated move in a tight timeline, when my husband became violently ill and eventually had to go to the hospital, delaying the return of the U-Haul. Lorenzo was very professional and considerate, even though the time difference put him into a tight spot. In fact, the only negative thing about my drop off is that the app wouldn't fully complete the turn-in; it kept looping back to the odometer/fuel page over and over again, no matter how many times I entered the info or submitted photos. That is not a reflection on Big Boy Rental, but the app, so I still think the drop off location was excellent.Garlen M.

Odd out of the way place. Why not use the large Uhaul place in Hyannis but the fellow who met me was quite nice and ordered a taxi to pick me up I was really irritated when I received a letter saying I eas to have dropped in back in another state. I called the number on the letter snd only got voice mail with no identification of it being a corporate phone number. Very unprofessional. I finally sent a letter with the e mail I received as a turn in receipt. AnnoyingBarrett B.

Customer service was poor. The man at the location could not adequately explain my contract nor could the several customer service agents I finally spoke with after hours on the phone. I could not recommend this service to anyone whom I care about.Andrew N.

Tire sensor was on and had a flat. The sales person had no air gauge and put some air in it and said we were fine. The sensor went off again enroute. We called the salesperson And he said to patch it we would get reimbursed. No place we called could patch it by the time we had to leave for Delaware. My husband had to buy a gauge and continually check pressure during our 6 hour drive. We called a main uhaul lace and they said just call road side assistance if truck breaks down. How awful to ride for 6 hours and have to worry about a flat. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of concern from this organization. Also it took me a half hour to locate where I needed to drop off the truck because the URL was in valid and they gave us the wrong phone number.bethany M.
