I couldn’t log into my account for the return.
Chris WardThere was no one at the location and after 20 minutes of waiting and calling multiple times I called the 800 number on the reservation and they helped me with the reservation. Then once on the road I learned I had a tail light out. So no, it was not a great reservation and I will be sure to not go with this location again.

The name of this place is Kong Kustoms. Same address, different name and U-Haul branding is not visible.

Chelcie FisherMy issues are more with U-Haul itself, rather than t his location. This location was ok. It was a repair shop, with U-Haul as a side operation. My problem is, I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance to pick up close to my house. When it came time to pick up a trailer, I was told I had to drive 20 minutes away to get a trailer. This happens every time I rent from U-Haul and frankly, I believe it happens because there is no competition. There is no alternative if I wish to rent a trailer. If U-Haul had competition for trailers, I believe they would take better care of their customers. I might be wrong, and they just might not care about their customers and competition might not do anything to improve this process.

Brandon RexVery profesional, will rent from this location again, I rented a 12' X 6' covered tandom trailer that was almost new.The dealer helped with securing the hitch and making sure the signals were operational.
Ken LeslyI returned my equipment on December 30th like my contract said too. They did not contact Uhaul saying I returned my equipment. I received and email 2 weeks later saying the equipment was never returned. After Uhaul reached out and got the confirmation I did return my equipment he said I returned it late. Which is not true at all and now I am being charged extra because of their incompetence.
Zachary BonoThe pick-up location was closed when I arrived at my scheduled pick-up appointment time with no employees present. I had to walk through the pick-up process over the phone with the owners of the establishment as they wouldn't be back for "another 30-45 minutes". Thankfully I have experience hooking up to trailers on my own or this could have been a very difficult and more unpleasant experience than it was.
