This location is now closed. After returning the truck, I received a call about 3 weeks later to ask when we would be giving the truck back which had been dropped off the same day as pick up. I was charged almost twice as much was estimated due to this. There does not seem to be anyone keeping track of the equipment or check out/in. I will not be renting from uhaul anymore.Allie H.

The signage on this building was difficult to find. The UHaul key lock boxes were partially blocked so they were not visible from my parking space. The wrong key was in the box and the building staff person had to come switch the key spots for me. The building and surrounding area was generally dirty and untidy. The staff person was confused about which truck I was picking up and did not have accurate information about which trucks were available.Russell B.

Andrew, a manager in Eau Claire did great work getting me a truck after the one I reserved was rented to someone else. That's how I ended up at Big Bs. On the road, the truck wasn't tracking well and, when turning, the tire was rubbing against the bumper, which had been damaged prior to my rental. (See the "X" sticker on the bumper in pre-rental photo but note the bumper was pushed back also, so the tip of the bumper touched the tire if the tire was turned.) Stayed overnight in Kearney NE. At the hotel were a couple Uhaul road trucks. In the morning, I noticed a low front passenger tire (same one that rubbed) and saw one of your guys in the lot. I asked him if he had a compressor and he did, then helped. Above and beyond assistance by that guy and his supervisor. Truck tracked well after that help. Anyway, you might want to 1) fix the bumper on that truck, and 2) change out the front passenger side tire as it's pretty worn. All in all, the trip went well.Jeffrey K.

I reserved a truck 3 weeks prior to my moving date. My pick up location got switched out to a place an hour and 45 minutes from my home. My original order indicated a guaranteed DOLLY. I get there and no workers are on site. It turns out Saturday's are by appointments only. I check my account and it says my check in reservation was expired. I had to call customer service to dispatch what the hell was going on. I eventually we got the key code and got on my way. I get back to move my things and there are NO dollies. This was really poor service and communication on UHauls end.Nicollazzi X.
