Broken/damaged window and the plastic part on the van where the license plate goes was falling off. The interior of the van was dirty. We gave it back cleaner than we received it.
Richard ALocation should have the ability to make reservations on site. Really attentive personnel on site.

ROBERTO G3rd rental from this location. Truck engine light on, truck trailer light on ( no trailer rented) brakes grind and swerve left. This truck is not safe to drive. Owner told me truck had 1/4 gas. LIE, it had 1/8 gas (I have photos from when I picked up truck). I had to go fill the tank before I could drive anywhere. U-Haul seriously owes me money back.

Courtney AThe 15 foot truck I rented was in bad shape. The box was leaking water since it was raining. It was also dirty. There was so much exterior damage to the truck as well, crushed top of box corner, busted headlight and just overall so much wear and tear. It felt like a dilapidated truck.

TWYLANA HDuring the check in process either advise the customer that they'll need approval before picking up or complete the approval process during the online check in. I had to wait 15min in order for uhaul to approval my rental after having to re enter dl # anlone with other information and take pics of front and back of dl after getting to the location for pickup. It was a waste of time after having to do all this during check in online.
Lake WAside from having a difficult time understanding the guy, this location was fine. My biggest concerns have to do with U-Haul as a company. The app is a joke and needs some serious work to be functional. I attempted to use it when checking in but it was taking forever and ultimately had to check-in inside at the location. Furthermore, it was advertised that the app can be used to check the truck in upon returning it after hours, but neither the app nor the U-Haul website were functioning. After spending 20-30 minutes trying to get them to work, I finally had to give up and go home, thus resulting in a $20 charge for not checking in the truck.
William SWorst place I've ever been too. When I arrived he told me he didn't have any of the equipment I had ordered with my U-Haul, when I got in the truck it was filthy and the tank was already on E and since I picked the truck up in the middle of the city, it's very hard to get gas in a city with a giant U-Haul. The cupholders were filled with water

PORCHE HVehicles are always less than clean. This is true of almost all of the Uhauls I have rented.
Manuel RThe van was very dirty with something sticky all on the floor in the back. The sliding door would not open. It only had a quarter tank of gas.. it was not prepared for rental on any level
Billy FThe van was very dirty; spills, sticky goo, dirty unswept cargo area. There were multiple service lights flashing the entire time: Service Stabilitrak, Change Engine Oil Soon, Service Traction Control and Check Engine light. When I got on the freeway going 50 mph, the van shuddered at highway speeds. So I was forced to take the back roads all the way back from my destination. I told the clerk upon returning the van and he told me it had just returned from being serviced. REALLY?

TWYLANA HThe van only had 15k miles on it and most service lights were on. Check Engine, Oil Change, ABS, etc. Not related to the location, the mobile checkin process is one of the worst experiences out there. Very cumbersome, didn't work half the time, unclear directions. It needs a lot of improvement.

Lewis GWindshield wipers were pretty worn out. Cruise control minimal would be great for long distance highway moves, also bluetooth would be nice. There was also an extreme amount of road noise on the trip.

Argelia MU-Haul was slightly below full when I picked it up. I turned in in a slightly after the reservation due time and I got charged a full extra day. Where's the compromise?
Ryan BI was told that i can return the van at anytime before my due time and to put the key in the drop box. I was never told that their would be a afterhours charge of 20 dllrs!!! Thats a total scam!
Amando RThe truck was leaking fluid as I started driving. Then the truck started running hot and going slow. I called the place where I picked up the truck and ask if the truck was serviced and was told that it had been a few days ago. I told him the problems I was having with the truck. If I didn't have my male cousin with me, I believed things would have been a lot worse because he looked and videos what the problem was under the hood of the truck. He is an ex mechanic. I was barely able to get the truck back location.

chelsie pThe location was very very small, extremely dirty. And the truck was literally falling apart. Not to mention all the damage to the exterior as well as the interior, not many issues to list. Would not recommend this location in particular to even my worst enemy.

ANTONIA GNo customer service whatsoever you just have to stand in parking lot and figure it out. The vehicle I had needed an oil change and rear tire needed air these were permanent lights on dash the entire time. The windshield wipers did not work which made it incredibly hard to see during nigh time while it's raining there was also a crack in the windshield unsure if that contributed to windshield wipers not clearing the water but I know it's incredibly dangerous to drive with a cracked windshield. Other than those maintenance issues and customer service issues I made it back fine in one piece but I'd be hesitant of this location it's pretty much self serve and inspect vehicle thoroughly before leaving with it so you don't end up on the side of the road with a cargo full of boxes. Completely unacceptable

Imani WThis is a terrible location and quite scary. Even after reserving certain things, I was not given what I reserved. Also they don't tell you that you have to use credit card only and you're essentially stuck. The guys are rude.

Maria CTruck was dirty inside the cabin and in the back hauling space. Air conditioning did not work This is Texas!! It was 100 degrees on the days I rented and I almost passed out from the heat while driving. Truck did not feel safe at higher speeds. There were newer trucks available but they gave me an old one with 150 000 miles on it. Did not have enough moving pads available even though a reserved them weeks ago.

Robert LThe person at the counter knowingly sent us out with a truck that did not have a working airc conditioner. It was over a 100 degrees in Texas-the day of the rental in my opinion this truck should not have been an option. The use of this vehicle made it very uncomfortable during my move. I have used uhaul several times in the past and have always received working equipment . I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this rental experience to the point that I will consider other options for future moves. How you can make it better for other customers? Never knowingly send out a truck without a working air conditioner on extremely hot days.
