Carloyn A.Although we went to the location during the business hours, there was no one at the location to help us out. We were told earlier in the month when we rented that we had to bring the rental back the next day at the same time as we picked up the day before. We did that again with this rental and were charged for another day. U-Haul itself makes picking up and dropping off difficult (online) because the website is not responsive and VERY buggy. I'll never use U-Haul again.
