Cami was incredible to work with at Big Ds Towing, she went the extra mile to ensure everything was working well with the truck and trailer I rented! I commend her and her team for all their help getting me in a working uhaul after my initial truck rental had some technical issues!! She saved my moving trip--so thankful!!

Big D's in Mohave Arizona where we picked up the trailer was super friendly and super helpful.

The entrance to get to location requires traveling over dirt roads with potholes and rock. I was old have missed the place if I'd didn't trust my GPS. an easier location right up the street.

I live in Bullhead City with many U-Haul locations near by. U-haul sent me 44 mi. round trip, to another town, to drop off with no compensation. Not even knowing if I had a way back. This is not a renters job.

When I went to return the trailer I looked online and it showed that this location was 24/7 due to them living on site when I arrived, I rang the doorbell and I was greeted by a nine-year-old child telling me that they were closed after the fact of having trouble checking the trailer in online I called U-Haul. I was told that this location would be open the following day which was Sunday, I had to call U-Haul back on Monday and they called the location to have them check the trailer in when they should’ve done it on Sunday

Was a run down trailer filled with trash. I didn't expect U-Haul to have such a disrespectful place.

It would be nice to have a truck or trailer in the town that I reserved it I had to travel all the way to Mohave Valley for a job that was out of Havasu had to travel to Kingman to do the job so I had to go backwards

Mohave Valley is a very dusty area. Equipment kept outside is always dusty. Equipment should be kept inside, out of the elements.

You need a phone that can take clear pictures for the self service option! I had to borrow someone's phone.

This drop off location was located off the beaten track, down what looked like a deserted dirt road. I followed my GPS to the location, which was an old junkyard. The location was closed when we got there but the truck was easily dropped off out front using the app and the key lock box. It appears staff live on property, and when they saw us he came out to help. The staff member was very helpful and cheerful, so no problem whatsoever with him. The location just appears a little sketchy and you expect to hear "dueling banjos" in the background.

I was charged for a after hours drop off when they were actually open , I dropped off 2 days earlier than the contract stated

Next time if there is one, 24' means 24', not a surprise 20'. Dropping off a vehicle should not be a hassle, you should be able to return a truck at Any location and not made to feel like your stupid for taking it to the wrong location when there wasn't a location given in the first place..

The Uhaul representative was great. She communicated with me well and helpful. My problem is with the truck. It had no air conditioning, one front light was out, shifted hard like transmission was slipping. It did my job but wasn't easy in a 120 degree weather.

Having them come and get my trailer after the accident was extremely efficient for me. Noting that my hitch area was damaged and I could not tow the trailer. I am extremely appreciative to them. Replacing my ball hitch, making sure I was taken care of.

The straps on the car dolly were installed incorrectly by the UHaul worker and I was told that the truck had cruise control and working windshield washers but it had neither. It had many scratches and dents and a passenger mirror that wouldn't stay in position. Finally, my original request to have an early morning pickup in Bullhead City was changed by UHaul 2 days prior so that I had to drive 30 minutes to different town for a pickup 3 hrs later when the temperatures had already exceeded 100 degrees. Not a good experience.

Other U-Haul locations have been good, but not this one at 2937 Rio de Oro Dr. Mohave Valley, Arizona I was overcharged by $75. Receipt showed a charge of 156,61 but my card was charged 231.61. I don't know why i was charged more than the receipt showed. I tried calling the place, but it kept ringing once or twice then going to voicemail. I am going to try calling again tomorrow. The lady was nice, but unprofessional. My only complaint was being charged more than the receipt and the price stated. I am still waiting for the reimbursement of the mileage difference, but i assume that takes a day or few.
