We tried to contact this UHaul Location by phone for TWO DAYS, to drop-off the Tow Dolly 9/13 & 9/14.. Called at least a DOZEN TIMES (325) 884-1599.. All we got was a Circuits Busy or Number Not Available. never did connect to them.. Finally this morning I drove the 28 MILES to their location and could not find ANYONE to even talk to!. NO ONE AROUND either of the 3 places that UHAUL Equipment was Parked.. A neighbor to the Fenced lot told me he had not seen anyone for a WEEK! I just dropped the TowDolly in the Fenced Area with several other UHAUL Trailers!. We tried to call the UHaul Help Line 3 times over those days. And each time we were told WAIT TIME of 30 MINUTES!! I have Rented UHaul over 100 times for OVER 50 YEARS.. I NOW have reservations about using your Company. As this was the SECOND Rental in a year, that we had issues with this Drop-Off location.. There was another Couple there to Drop Off a Truck & Trailer while we were there, the had been trying to Drop Off since the Day Before.. I told them there was a UHaul in Midland, TX. And they headed to that location.. The couple was leery of going that far, but could not wait anymore for someone to help them!Arthur N.

Not clear where to leave vehicle. No one available to answer questions even over phone. Phone number provided on contract was not in-service.Berry C.
When we arrived to pick up the trailer it looked like an abandoned building, we had to search for a number then wait to be called back then drive another few blocks to a different location were the trailer was. Then we had to fill out all the information over the phone I had already done online,we also had to wait for someone else to arrive to help hook it up. The next day I received a notice that my agreed drop of place had been changed to another town half an hour away, I spent more time contacting uhaul about dropping it off at my original destination than I did actually using the uhaul...spoke to so many different people and none of them helped with the issue I called for I just got passed off or given another number to call that was no help. It was not a very pleasant experience...it made the moving process do much worse..Jeremiah R.

Have the working phone number for the guy who runs the big lake location. We had to wait 45 minutes before we got the third and correct number. Terry was in no rush to get the paperwork filled out. It took about an hour and a half from the time we got there to the time we could finally leave.Cody C.

It is the ONLY U-Haul for over 55 MILES. The only other Dealer for 30 miles at a Motel in Rankin,TX, that was very nice and KNEW what they were doing closed.Arthur N.
I had a 0900 Drop Off Appointment. We finally located the guy by phone at 0937. Still home and sounded like he was woke up. We dropped the Truck & Dolly and put the keys in the Drop Box that his neighbor showed us where it was. Equipment is at a different location than the Office. So we left the Equipment with the numerous other Units in a Fenced Lot about 1/4 mile away.Arthur N.

Be truthful and forthcoming when people inquire and request equipment rental. Be honest about equipment being available Or not. Do not offer to personally tow a car and then lie over the course of two days. Especially, when the initial inquiry did not suggest we needed any further assistance than the simple rental of the Car dolly to begin with.Kari S.
