hussin H.The u-haul I picked up had a bent bumper,when I loaded the truck the front tire rubbed the bumper on turns, had to stop at a u haul dealer and have the bumper pulled out with a winch to continue my 800 mile trip

cathy M.He charged me 6,65 cent for gas when the truck was already on full. Charged me extra 5 miles. I was over charged about $15. Never will get Uhaul from there again. Representative was very dry.

The process took way too long and at every step of the check out, I had to take a picture of my driver's license. Which maybe wasn't the greatest q uality the first time but seriously the ninth time, ridiculous.

david L.I had originally reserved a truck about 20 miles closer than this location, so my overall rating of my experience is very low. I feel like the location I where made the original reservation knew the truck was not working the day before yet I didn't get a call until I was about 5 mins from the location to pick it up. Apparently it had two dead cells in the battery. That should not take any time to get fixed in my opinion but it did. Will consider a different company next time.
Mark J.Location looks like a small junk yard. I also had an appliance dolly reserved and when I arrived to pick up the truck they didn't have the appliance dolly. A courtesy call would have been nice to let me know they do not have an appliance dolly. I had to make new arrangements to try to locate an appliance dolly on the day of my move. Real real inconvenient and this cost me time and money.
