Truck was filthy both the cab and the box/bed Also the windows and mirrors, filthy. The airbag light was on making me nervous as to whether it worked. One tire blew out in the rear during our trek two hours to get back on the road .
Tim BrownRather than use the website, I went in person to reserve the trailer the night before. They open earlier and close later than the other UHaul rentals in Parker. The uHaul counter here actually opens 30 before the store. Showed up in the morning and they hooked up the trailer. I was on my way in 15 minutes. The trailer return was just as easy.

jaiveer t reddyWe rented the same truck twice, within a couple of days doing the same exact trip with the mileage and time frame and yet there was a $20 difference between what I paid. The customer service drop off was like waiting for honey to dry. The kid at the counter was chatting with a customer while we waited right behind him for a solid 10 minutes with no one else waiting in line or in the store.
Dana AragonService was excellent here even with U-haul's major issues. Didn't get their names but the manager and younger gentleman were very friendly. They were patient and able to help figure out the drop off issue even with U-haul's scheduling mess, as well as extremely difficult people to talk to over the phone.

Alternate location had truck but I had to load the 5 dozen moving blankets myself Truck was terrible…noise level in cab was so high you couldn't conduct conversation or hear radio. Suspension was non existent

Clare FinneganThey weren’t really helpful at the front desk where you check in they did not go over what was added to my pick up and I had things that were not added automatically added so I didn’t appreciate that because they’ve always asked me before and other locations they just seem kind of not really interested in dealing with U-Haul so that was unfortunate but everything else was pretty good

Being that the reservation was made well in advance, I find that my entire equipment order not being available inexcusable. The location tried to make it right, but we ended up have to rent some equipment from a separate company.
Kylie RigdonFor one don't go moving pick up locations the day before pick up. This was a huge issue for us. Have supplies for people to use or buy. I was more then willing to purchase boxes but the owner could only offer us to did through his dumpsters to find boxes. Terrible first time experience.

Cliff ParkerI rented a trailer. The tires on the trailer were completely bald. There was no tread left. I asked what happens and was told oh you got safetow so they'll come out if it blows. The gentleman that hooked the trailer up did not tighten the lock for the ball hitch and the trailer kept popping off while I was driving. I had to take the trailer off and readjust it myself luckily the hitch was lower so it didn't cause damage to my bumper. The location was good and had lots of options. 2/3 stars

jared hastingsThe vehicle was maintained; however, at highway speeds the vehicle was bouncing from the front suspension. The max speed I was comfortable with was 60 MPH as going over that speed it felt uncomfortable driving with the suspension bounce.

william powellUhaul is a billion dollar company. Why does your app suck so bad? Whoever is in charge of the mobile app, FIRE THEM! So many flaws. Also the guy who hooked up the trailer to by truck didn't do it right. The trailer came unhooked driving 50 mph on a 3 lane Denver suburb road. That was fun... Also don't advertise one price then add so many fees that it almost doubles. Just advertise what people will pay

Michael JablonskiPlease redesign the parking spaces for trailer. It is very bad for customer to return trailer, because not everyone know how to back up the trailer into its parking space. It took us 25 minutes to back the trailer to its space ... and with the help of an employee!!! Please Go and learn how to paint a return space at 12035 Perry St · (303) 466-2534. It is so easy and very quick return from this location.

THOMAS LOWERYThe trailer was not the size it listed. The outside dimensions of the trailer don't matter at all. Only the inside dimensions should be listed so the correct trailer can be chosen for the job. Also I was not informed that I would need to purchase an adapter for the trailer lights to work. The original reservation price increased when payment was due and I still don't know why. I would like a full refund for all the trouble during this rental.
Dillon GlattharOverall good. first vehicle had problems. second was much better. first vehicle sometimes sterling wheel was difficult to turn. it also made a god awful noise. did not feel safe. second one was better. it did what was needed. overall enjoyed it. second vehicle much better than first. have to make sure they ensure it is in good shape.

PAUL HERSKOWITZHonor what you advertise. Reserved a 9' Van. Van had a flat tire and cracked shattered window. Reported to the Uhaul employee and they didn't honor the $50 reservation guarantee that is called out on the Uhaul website that states " Your reservation is guaranteed or we will give you $50, Should U-Haul, through its own fault fail to meet time, place and equipment size of your truck, trailer or towing equipment, a $50 "Reservation Guarantee" will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation. Les diables et couvertures ne sont pas couverts par la « garantie de réservation » de 50 $. A box truck was offered which I accepted as I was needed to move items out today. My previous reservation mileage rate was not honor and I had to pay for the higher mileage rate. Uhaul employee try to reach out to the area manager who didn't respond. File a complaint with the Uhaul customer service which is elevated for resolution. I have future use of Uhaul but will definitely not use this location!
Peter BatalonThe computer/connection from Big Tool Box in Parker to the uHaul server is dreadfully slow. Ive used this location before and Ive used the online checkin and it doesnt help speed this process. It shouldnt take 15-20 mins of staring at the associate whose staring at the computer to rent a trailer.

Greg MellingerDid not have our truck that we reserved. Reserved a 10ft truck which the location did not have and gave us a 26 foot truck when we only needed a small one to pick up a small table. Do you know how difficult and stressful it is to drive a 26ft truck when you aren't use to it. We had to change our route because of this. We choose a less busy highway which unfortunately was a toll so increase in our cost. Not happy.
