Daniel HamiltonThe only reason the truck was not cleaned is because it had just been returned. I requested to have a 20 ft truck and when I made the reservation there were not any available. I asked when I went to pick up the 26 foot truck if there happened to be a 20 ft truck and was told yes, but it had just been returned and not cleaned yet. I decided to take the 20 ft truck as that was the size I needed even though the cab had not been cleaned out. I was grateful that I was able to make the switch to the reservation.

Paige McmahonThe 24/7 check out experience was HORRENDOUS. Worst customer service EVER. More instruction of how the system operates and what to expect is NEEDED to have a good experience. I was there for over an hour trying to get the keys. I work in tech and frequently use customer verification systems for work. If you are going to use a customer verification system that requires secondary verification TELLING the customer to have items prepared is a requirement. And your phone customer service has to HELP people who call in, not just tell them to use the website. If the website was working, I wouldn't have called. I'm a tech savvy millennial- I won't call anyone unless it is an emergency. I will never use this service again.

Timothy BarnettThe mobile pickup experience was extremely tedious. The app was slow and failed multiple times. Took me close to an hour to successfully pick up the vehicle, and drop off was time-consuming as well. I'm glad this option exists, it could just be made dramatically faster with an app that works faster, and the ability to start the process before the scheduled pick up time.

Angel Avina-RamirezWe reserved at one location and at the last minute it was changed to a different location that made us go way out of our way. Not good communication. Then when we dropped off (location closed), it said to do the drop off info on the app but there was no place on the app to check in the equipment. So I called and left a message for someone to call or text that they checked it in and no one ever contacted me.

Beatrice VillanuevaMy equipment was to be returned at noon, but I had work at 10am. The website said the location opened at 9am so I was there at 9am to return my equipment. There wasn't anyone there, so I dropped the trailer where I was told, and went to work. Later in the day I got a charge for an "After Hours Drop-Off" and when I explained the situation, they said there was nothing they would do.
Sebastian FidalgoGreat location. Easy in and out. The representative was very professional and knowledgeable about U-Haul's process (check-out and check-in after hours). We walked thru the car hauler setup, hitch/ball check, the do's and don'ts and what to do for the 'After Hours' check-in. This representative goes thru the whole walk-thru regardless if I have rented the trail before. This is a good practice and a good reminder for me just in case things have changed since I last rented.
Robin SpisakMention to take the picture of the mileage during the checkout process not before as there does not appear to be a way to upload the picture from your phone. I took a pic of mileage, locked up, walked away to the checkout kiosk for after hours checkout and the checkout ap did not appear to allow me to upload the picture from my phone (could have been user error) but that would be a nice feature if it is not already because more times than not, the checkout kiosk is away from where you have parked the vehicle.
