The service person was very knowledgeable and very helpful in getting us setup with what we needed. He took the time to go over options and help find us the best solution for our specific situation.

Michael SOffice was filled with ash trays and cigarettes. The smell was so bad I had to change clothes after leaving due to how bad I smelled after being in there and it causing us to experience headaches.
Michael PBurt at the Page Arizona location was extremely professional and courteous. Burt went the extra mile to accommodate our request for a 10' truck. We had a good experience at the location in Big Water as well. Check in at Buellton CA couldn't have been easier!

eric IDefinitely a set back that I wasn't able to pick up the uhaul in my city and had to drive an hour to big water, but the man there was very nice and everything worked out fine getting it back to my house.

He even helped me connect the trailer and helped me back it up safely. Plus he taught me how to back up the trailer myself. Dave is a treasure to work with. ashley RThe service was very good in Big Water but when almost to our destination the ring of the exhaust pipe blew and filled the cabin with carbon monoxide! Very scary! Windows down we only had a short way to go but was sick most of the day!! When reported since the the return was around the corner we were still asked to fill the gas tank and return it.
sandra rService here was excellent - Fast, good information, flexible on time when I needed a change. Better than other U-hauls I have used. This is a 5 star review. The only think I can say is that there is a strong cigarette smell in the office.
