- came and performed the service on my first vehicle and was willing to provide a new/second one at 10:00 pm vehicle after the original required further service. - also allowed me to return their vehicle to the corporate office in my town because they had not finished servicing the original vehicle yet.

I had to drive 15 miles to get the trailer and there are two large UHaul stores with in a mile of me. The tire was flat, had to wait to have it replaced. It is mandatory to take the extra insurance at these mom and pop places, obviously it must be how they get paid. My insurance fully covers trailers so it is a rip off in my eyes This survey is messed up. Lost a ton of roadside assistance places that didn't happen

Was charged a $25 cleaning fee and it was cleaner than when we picked it up. Dropped off after hours

Was address on my contract agreement as drop-off location however in the uhaul system it provided an entirely separate address 10min north. So, they wouldn't take the trailer even though the contract I had said it was the location, because their system said a different drop off location and they didn't have space.

Actually have fuel in the truck so the first thing that I do once I pick it up doesn't have to be to go to the gas station.

This place was accommodating and was very pleasant to deal with. Will go with this company again if I need any U-Haul rentals.

The truck hadn’t been run or the snow cleaned off, Data was poor so it was hard to do online check in, the rear gate of the truck was unlocked when received,

The people working were very very nice. The windshield of the truck we rented was filthy on our way back from our storage unit The sun hit it and we could barely see anything. The inside needs a better cleaning.

Mix up in pickup which we never understood? We did everything right and someone did call us to confirm pickup in Fond du Lac on 8/7/2021, but because WE DID NOT CHECK IN ON THE WEBSITE, we were very unaware the place we were to pick it up was closed on Saturday and they asked us online to pick it up on Friday! This should have told us on the phone confirmation! Be very careful on telling everyone for their convenience check in can be done online! I, myself, never check in online unless it is a reoccurring business that we use on a regular basis! It caused us very unnecessary panic before a long trip. Otherwise, we were very impressed!

Don't go there, My pickup was @ 9:00 AM got there nothing was ready, I did a pre Registration for pick up. I found my Trailer blocked in by a dump truck, and had to jockey around to get it out, had to wait until they found shipping pads, then had to wait for some one to show up and inspect my hook up. Now it's almost 11:00 AM. I think I should of been compensated for the hassle.

I was charged a cleaning fee on the equipment that is absolutely no justified and bogus. The truck was returned exactly how I received it and was swept out by myself. Apparently they want to find ways to charge someone.

If there is a designated pick up time, the location of the business should be open and ready for pick up. We were 45 minutes later then our designated pick up time due to no one being at the location and the location not being open.

This place was creepy! The open sign wasn't turned on and when I went in it was very dark. The building does not look very well maintained, so I honestly thought I was at a former U Haul location. The person working was alright, but the building gave me the creeps. This next comment isn't in relation to this location, but is in reference to my reservation process. It was very hard to place an order for multiple days online. I consider myself pretty text savvy as a millennial, so the fact that I had difficulty making a reservation means your website needs some work, in my opinion. Also, more frustratingly, is the fact that the time that the U Haul is due is not clear. I received a late fee for turning my U Haul in at 4:30pm. The attendant said it was due at 8am but in correspondences I received it did not say that was the time due.

Wasn't the location I selected. Went to the wrong location first cause that's where I was supposed to get it. I did the online check-in but that didn't matter they still needed everything that I was supposed to not need by doing that online check-in. I had to ask them to clean off the truck as it was covered with snow. They told me the truck hadn't moved in about a month so I needed to check the tires and make sure everything was good to go. In my opinion if I'm picking up a truck it should be ready to go.

The truck wasn't where the app said it was be (said it would be behind the building and it was pulled ahead of the building). Non-location based, the online check in was terrible. It took 10 minutes to get verified - it would have taken less time to check in at the desk.

The staff was super nice and made everything easy for me! If i ever need to move again i would use them hands down. I would also recommend them to anyone.

Very hard to find. Dirty, and the personnel where very rude! This is the second time I have had a horrible experience with uhaul. I doubt I will be using you again unless the customer service improves.

When dropping off keys both my friend who was helping me move, and my mother fell due to ice. There was no clear indication as to where the truck was suppose to be dropped off.

Asshole charged me about $100 because I didn't fold all of the blankets, and there were a few leaves in the back.

I called and notified this drop off location that I was going to be approximately 15 minutes late. They indicated "no problem at all" and I was subsequently charged an additional day. I have been a regular user of uhaul but will explore all other options in the future before utilizing uhaul again.

The staff here is very friendly and has great customer service. before i got to pick up here in fon du lac it was a nightmare trying to get a 17ft in madison wi. I booked a 17ft a month in advance and they kept giving me a 15ft. I called corporate office 3 times and finally on the fourth try they gave me someone who could help in in traffic. Everytime i had called my confirmation would come up different
