This location IS CLOSED. We were rerouted by an excellent team who was quickly helpful. We spoke to Daniel from the 24/7 call center, who was friendly and sympathetic to our situation. He was able to connect us to the area manager, Corey Ross, who also met us with so much kindness. These two men took what was a frustrating situation and turned it into what ended up being a lovely experience. In the end my family was laughing at the ridiculousness of it all- thanks to the excellent staff that communicated on the other end. These men deserve raises!

karen tHiggins Small Engines was great, very satisfied with him. The problem I had was with Coopers Auto in Piqua and your Dayton Oh office. I rented a 20 foot truck on Friday for Tuesday 9:00am. I got a email Monday afternoon that you were giving me a 26 foot truck. I called the Dayton office and she said that's all they had to give me. I had to scramble to find a 20 foot Monday afternoon. I was not very happy with you. Thank goodness for Higgins Small Engines, He gave me what I wanted late afternoon on Monday.

FRANK WMinor deficiencies with the truck. Drivers visor was broken. Drivers door had to be slammed to close tightly.

Andre NI rented a 26 ft truck with a dolly and an appliance dolly and when I picked the truck there was no dolly's in the truck. As you can imagine it made for a tough move for me and my family. Uhaul said they wouldn't charge me but I've yet to receive a receipt.

Adrian SThe biggest thing was the windshield, I had a hell of a time getting most the "BUGS" off. Why don't you have cruise control? I found "ANTS" in the trailer I rented, had to get ant spray to kill them and sweep them out before loading it.
Randy wCargo area was dirty. A dolly I had not requested was there, as well as an empty bag claiming to hold 6 pads. There was none. I arrived to turn in my vehicle 45 minutes before the designated closing time but the building was locked and empty. I downloaded the app to return my vehicle and that alone took 15 minutes. Then, I tried to return the vehicle using the app and could not get it to work. I called and left a message and put my key in the lockbox. I trust I will NOT be fined.
Kenneth LThe app wouldn't allow me to up photos of the equipment. It should at least allow the customer to select photos from their device. I have the pictures of the equipment if you need them.

Michael BWebsite needs to be updated to be more user friendly. The average person rents a UHaul once, maybe twice, in their lifetime. Website steps should be more clear. I spent an hour on the phone with a representative {who was wonderful by the way} just trying to pick up my truck. Don"t make customers search the website to complete all info needed to complete transaction. Use the KISS method and just list all the steps needed to be completed in a nutshell(step 1, complete this, step 2, complete this, etc. etc.)
