Truck was filthy inside cab. Had to wash front window becsuee it was covered with bugs and dirt. Could have been cleaned before renting.

Kayleauna WOriginally wanted a 15' truck, it is what I reserved initially, however, it was not available upon arrival. Had to take a 26 foot truck. Wife had a rough time driving something that big. Please fix your app to show what is available at that moment.

Michael BWebsite needs to be updated to be more user friendly. The average person rents a UHaul once, maybe twice, in their lifetime. Website steps should be more clear. I spent an hour on the phone with a representative {who was wonderful by the way} just trying to pick up my truck. Don"t make customers search the website to complete all info needed to complete transaction. Use the KISS method and just list all the steps needed to be completed in a nutshell(step 1, complete this, step 2, complete this, etc. etc.)

Lisa RThis was the worst experience we have had with U-Haul. We have rented several times and this was the worst. We first rented from another location only to go get our truck and they didn't have it. They arranged for us to pick up from this location, feel like we were totally over charged .

BENGIE WThis place does U-Haul as a secondary business. We used a third party to deliver the box to the location during the middle of a weekday and it wasn't open. The driver dropped off the box in a secure location...shortly after we received texts from U-haul that the box was in route to its destination shortly afterwards. However, about a week later, we received several calls from U-haul, including the location in Sidney, that the box was still in Sidney and that it had been sitting there for a week. Ultimately, the location and U-haul corporate figured out how to get the box picked up and brought to CT. In the end, we were supposed to get the box on 10-15. We received it on Friday, 10/29. As to what you can do better, it seems like when you work with U-haul corporate on the U-boxes they know what they're doing. When you work with the franchise locations, they seem like they don't want to deal with them. So, get on the same page. And two, when you guarantee delivery by 10/15, get it there by 10/15.

Lisa CScott is top notch in customer service and always is the most friendly of anyone you may ever have to deal with. Scott is the reason we chose to drop off at the sidney location. I would recommend this location for pick up or drop off for anyone. If i could give a higher review i would in a heart beat.
