Faye GI dropped off at this location after I was told by three different uhaul employees that the location much closer to me was open. When I went there ,it was nowhere to be found. I called the number on the uhaul website and a kind fella told me his location had been closed for well over a year and uhaul would not delist his location

Amanda was an absolute ANGEL of a human we asked her so many questions, came back like 3 different times to ask MORE questions and she was patient and friendly and very informed with every response. I could not reccomend this location enough if I ever have to move again, I sincerely hope I get to book with Amanda. She was the best bright spot during my nightmare of a move. She deserves a raise. Seriously.

Tina GAcknowledgement that the trailer was received would have been nice. I don't think that this was up to the drop of place to do. U haul Canada should have acknowledged that. Plus I didn't like getting texts to return it on Saturday when my rental was till Sunday.

Jennifer PThe drop off at the Chase BC location was the best experience I have ever had with uhaul. The staff were very friendly and the entire drop off process was done in 5 minutes, supper efficient. Highly recommend this location.

William SLocation is fine. The app and pick up process is useless, does not work and was very frustrating! It took over an hour to get the keys and get on the road with the rental! Customer service was friendly but I was placed on hold and lost the first rep then finally got a second who then told me I had to do the entire registering process I had already previously done. All the while I should have been loading the rental. I will NEVER use uhaul again! I will never recommend this rental company either.

LYLE JI got charged for 2 days amd I only used it once. They recommended 2 just in case but never told me there wasn't a refund available because of 1 way. I got suckered I only had it for 20 hours. Never again. I informed myself and apparently this is a uhaul tactic to get the extra day. I'll never use uhaul again
Mario VI’m gonna say for U-Haul service different locations this was the best location place to pick up a truck and got the great service very friendly good service and fast that’s something I like when I go to a location to rent a U-Haul when I get that service I’m very happy but I’ll say one thing at this location at Chase was very good service best service I ever had out of all the U-Haul locations I ever dealt with Thank you very much

Cynthia BTrailer I used had bad tires. One tire was weather cracked all the way around threw the tread, and the other had chunks missing and flat spots. Trailer tongue was also bent . Trailer was clean and did still serve its purpose but I thought for sure I was going to get a flat tire.
Dustin CNotify customers in advance (more than 24 hrs especially when i booked online 2 weeks prior, that their pick up destination and time changed. Especially when you have to drive to another town to get it? 45 minutes is a big deal!! And on a work day, i had to leave work early to drive to anothertown to get the trailer i reserved 2 weeks prior?! Very upsetting and disappointing
