Bills rental center has been in business for a very long time. They are great at what they do and have everything you would want to rent. Very professional people.

Jessica SUnfortunately the trailer I rented was not clean. It appeared to have feces on the inside front and right side panels as well as on the floor. I did clean the trailer before loading. I was also concerned that my vehicle hitch rating was not verified nor was it deemed necessary. I was not overly impressed with the overall rental prior to moving. The move went great and where I dropped off the trailer was also great! To pay over $700 for a dirty trailer and poor customer service is unacceptable!
John IBills Service Center was fantastic. UHaul's reservation system is atrocious. For the second time in six months, I reserved a truck online at specific locations. And for the second time I was contacted the day before pickup and told I needed to pick up my truck at a different location. Both times the locations opened much later than the originally reserved location, and both times the revised pick up location was farther away. The online check in process was abysmal as well. I was required to take pictures of my license a second time even though I had already uploaded pictures of my license weeks prior for early check in. The customer service at the actual pickup and drop off locations was top notch, but those are independently run service centers. They were not UHaul centers.

DAVID HIt took way too long to get the uhaul. I was charged the estimated amount, which is fine. But then I was also charged the lesser correct amount ON TOP OF the estimated amount. Now, the estimated amount was adjusted to the correct amount, but there is now 2 of them!

Clark eMy preference was to pick the truck up on K ave. in O'Fallon. Uhaul called and said I had to go to Bill's and they open later than the Uhaul on K ave, I had to pick it up a day earlier than planned just an inconvenience. Super nice guy took care of us. He told me to make sure the fuel is where we started at and if it was more we would get a credit or something along those lines.
Robert SNot our original pickup location. Then told us our drop off location wouldnt be suitable and we would need to go elsewhere at the end of the trip. Ended up not being accurate.
KATE WWill never use this location at Bills Service Center again. They tacked on a bs after hours service charge when I rented and paid for the UHaul for 6 hours (12-6pm). They never disclosed this charge or else I would have not waited till after 5pm to return the truck. Never use the Bills Service Center location in O'Fallon MO to rent your moving vehicle!!!

Kathleen CI booked my reservation online. When I arrived at my 1030 pick up time, the original location had a truck, but no car dolly. Original location found both a truck and car dolly at Bill's Service Center' a short distance away. Customer Service left me a voicemail, but I did not see it, explaining the problem until I was at the original location. As a result of a software/ computer glitch, my trip was delayed. Suggest this gets fixed so other potential customers are not inconvenience like I was. (This was my third rental from U-Haul in the last 30 days.) Merci

Miranda NThe truck we had was not water tight. Upon arriving to our location more than 300 miles later, we opened the back door to find several pieces of our furniture soaked from the rain that got into the cargo area. Obviously this was something that we could not have seen before we left the facility with the truck because it wasn't raining at the time. This caused a delay in us bringing in and using our furniture in our new home because it was soaked. I would like a call back to discuss this further and to correct this situation.
Martin VWe had to wait because another customer who had a mask sling around his chin interrupted and kept asking questions. Instead of telling him to mask up and wait, we were put on hold. Then, we were told to pull around back for the trailer. They weren't very descriptive about where and we drove back looking for the trailer--like any other time I've been told that. An employee rudy yelled at us to get out of there. There were no signs saying employees only beyond this point. How were we supposed to know? Definitely planned on giving a bad revue worst UHa pick up experience ever. Oh yeah, and our rude friend didn't appropriately wrap the chains and the ball wasn't completely tight. We could hear the chains and the ball bouncing after we pulled out of their driveway. My husband got another 1/4 turn on the ball. I wrapped the chains. I have trailer horses and actually know a thing or two about hooking. Good thing. A loose ball on a cross.country move with high winds could be bad.
Walter GI got kicked here from an actual Uhaul location. Despite making my reservation IN PERSON, they gave away my trailer 2 days later. This location closes at 1pm on Saturday and isn't open on Monday, so despite returning the trailer on the second day, I am charged for a full 3 days.

Mike HWhile I have no problems with bills service cenetr, my pick up should have been troy mo, uhaul rented my trailer in Troy and made me change locations ( 2,5 hr drive away.
michael r2 days prior to our pickup, we were told we had a new pickup site, over 10 miles away and a 39 mi it's trip. We passed at least one huge UHaul center on our way to this lawn mower repair business which had UHauls tucked in the far rear of the property. The workers were very helpful once we found this location. U-Haul had at least 2 weeks to make sure a trailer would be at our requested location, which was 5 minutes from my son's apartment. I'm not happy with this last minute change as it was a huge inconvenience for us.
