Rick SDolly was not in the truck so had to go out of my way which added mileage I was charged for still waiting for a refund for the dolly and additional mileage I will probably not get back
James HDid not like having to go into a marijuana store to rent the trailer. The smell was sickening. Will never rent from this location again. The rental person did not tell me to go online and document the inspection findings, so I was unable to document the items to show it happened before I rented.
Leonard CArranged for a 26' Truck for pick up at location and was unable to change to one way drop off at time. Upon arrival at pick up location, I had advised them that I needed to make it a one way drop off and I would not be bringing it back to the pick up location at S&S. The woman told me she was unable to change it since the website was having issues and that there would be a rate change for a one way. I told her that was fine and would be dropping the vehicle off at Biolife UHaul on Hwy 160 instead. She said to let the receiving facility know at drop off. Needless to say all that was done and the man at biolife said that they were having issues with the system that day also and took the keys and said that's all. Did not get any information or anything from me. What should have been about $100 dollars for rental cost me $240 for supposedly wrong drop off. And after sending in a claim ticket stating what happened and to try and get some of the money back (that was pretty much stolen), a regional manager ,Jeremy from Talladega,AL, said there was nothing he could do. All that being said, I would not use UHaul if at all possible and try a different rental company. I will now go out of my way to use a different company.
Daniel RHave equipment available when requested. I ordered a dolly to move appliances. It was not available and there was none nearby. This impacted my moving plans drastically and will ultimately cost me more money. I hope I never have to use uhaul again.
