Parking is terrible. Also when I came back to return on Saturday during operation hours, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day. I couldn't return the truck because the U-Haul app was also down.Fred M.

Interior seats were dirty. I understand the truck is old, but as long as the seats and interior is clean. I put down i needed the truck for 20 hours. I picked up the truck on reservation day at 4:30 and had until 12:30 next day. Counter person Called me at 11:00am and told me they had a reservation for next rental and have to return. I told them I reserved for 20 hours and had at least until 12:30 pm and which I returned at 11:15am. Terrible. Please reach out to franchised private location's using your brand and especially this Pearland pkwy. Location.SON D.

I Called the before arriving to confirm my VIP certificate, I was told that the $40 certificate would be taken off of my total amount. I talked to liz licon before going through with the rental. Liz is the supervisor over the area which I'm located, I was just explaining to her that the employees at the store told me that it will be applied before I arrived but once I arrived the employees didn't know how to applied to the account.. I asked her to please send over a verification email stating that the $40 would be taken off once I turned back into truck since they couldn't take it off before I drove off with it. . She was very rude to me and told me they're not too worried that that money would be deducted once I turned back in the truck. The next day upon turning the truck back in the only thing that was applied to my move was $12 and they told me that the remaining $27 will be applied to my next move. That was not what I was told when I received the certificate and accepted it.. I believe that liz licon changed it somehow just to be spiteful because I was exercising my right as a customer of reaching out to her. I would appreciate it if a supervisor that's over customer relations from the headquarters call me and talk to me about how I was treated and how I feel that headquarters need to check up on the regional managers to make sure that treating customers right. After been talking to rudy by Liz I asked to speak to her supervisor but she denied me. I feel that U-Haul quality is going down and headquarters need to pay attention to its customers complaints.JAMES M.

The truck was located in the back of the building. The lock box for the key was in the front of the building. The rental location did not include any of the utility carts we ordered. When I returned the truck there was a local event going on which prevented me from parking near the rental location. For some reason the app was not working and would not allow me to check in the rental truck. I took pictures and dropped the key in the box because I had a flight to catch. I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to help me. Finally gave up. Ended up being over charged for another day and the items I never used. Horrible Experience.Heather S.
