Trevor HFirst truck I was given was dead. Moved into a new truck which had a 1/4 tank….. Put $100 in the fuel tank, drove just over 120 km and returned the truck with 3/8 tank Was charged $60 extra for gas and already paid 465$ and was told $150 was just a deposit I would get Back. I got nothing back and the dealership is now ignoring my calls……I will NEVER not EVER have anything to do with U-Haul rentals and will go out of my way to tell my story to hopefully ensure my friends and family dont either
TOM WFound a closer drop off location to my place ,Try to change the drop off location and can't allow to do it . End up driving extra 30 km. Don't know why?

Dwayne COil the crank on your trailers making it a little easier to crank. I sprayed some wd40 on this one. Made it a bit smoother to cranks My only issue is not with this location they are great. It's the app from U-Haul impossible at times to check equipment back in

WILLIAMNORMAN MMake it easy to return equipment to where you need it and not where you don't. I live near Parry Sound, Ontario and normally rent from that location. When I made my reservation there were no trailers available in Parry Sound so my reservation automatically went to Emsdale, a location that is 62 km away. Given the poor road, it takes an hour to get there. I checked the cost of returning to Parry Sound. It was an extra $92.00. On this occasion, Emsdale was on the way to where I needed to go for my cargo, and when I got there I noted an abundance of trailers available. The next day, I had two spend two hours and drive more than 120 km to return the trailer. You didn't need the trailer in Emsdale which had plenty of trailers available, It would have been better to return it Parry Sound where you didn't have any trailers available. It would have been more likely to be rented in Parry Sound than Emsdale, but given the drop off fee, I was discouraged to return it where it was needed and so I returned it where it was not needed.

thomas aI asked if the trailer was ready to go,tires have air in them. Was told it was inspected 2 days before by the district manager. Guess they don't have a service tech for the area. Got home and loaded my tractor strapped it down and did a walk around to find one tire flat. I was fortunate to have a compressor so I inflated it and drove back to the rental centre. I requested a different trailer because the rims were also in poor shape. I had to unload the tractor in their lot and reload in the better trailer. I feel the rental should've been free but it wasn't. I will need to rent one again to haul the tractor back after service. Maybe that rental can be free for all my troubles! Pete Holman.

ROBIN SFor a Uhaul depot is was disgusting! The lady was very nice and helpful that was the only positive. Her husband was a piece of work. Arrogant and very unphased as to us needing help with hook up. She ended up helping us. This store is a mess. Dogs and cats everywhere. The smell and uncleanliness of the store makes you gag. So unbecoming of UHaul as a company. Where are the standards??? Not here!!!! Wow.
Travis mAbsolutely the best U-Haul service I have ever experienced - that is from 8 moves over the years. I will keep this location as my contact for any future moves - no matter where I might be :) Thank you Peggy and Paul for all your help - going out of your way to save me time and money - you have made my move trouble-free!

Steve MWe loaded truck then went to start it and it wouldn't start. Called CAA as I am a member to get a boost. Turned out to be a dead starter. This is now Kate in the day and dark and we called your road side assistance and the did send a wonderful person to tow the truck to my new home but it was to late to in pack everything and the helpers had to get home. The next morning I found a couple of guys to pay to unload qsa at the truck then much later that evening the nice guy from your roadside assistance came back and took the truck away. Hugh FBizzy B'zz is an excellent UHaul dealer. I cannot say the say for the Arrowhead Inn UHaul location in Huntsville. Three different times I have booked a truck there and all three time was a horrible experience, they don't know what they are doing!
