The employee who we dealt with in order to rent the dolly was extremely rude, loud, and unhelpful. As me and my buddy were outside after connecting the dolly to my truck his girlfriend went inside to use the restroom and heard the employee (not sure what her name is) talking disrespectfully about my buddy and I. Everything was great and did all on-line so fast and easy to do. People were friendly and helpful throughout the entire processLester R.
Although the concept of the 24/7 truck share app is good, the execution needs to be improved: 1) when speaking with the person on the phone it turns out that she got my email address wrong so I had to spend over an hour on the phone and speaking with several people to get that fixed. Couple that with number two. 2) When turning my truck in, the connectivity was so bad that uploading and downloading took several attempts, minimum two, along with refreshes the process easily took twice as long. I was attempting to turn this truck in for an hour instead of the 15 minutes your company sites. Improve connectivity as in better wifi at the site and have your phone people listen when things are being spelled. I wasted almost two hours because of this issue and the email spelling. This is unacceptable customer service. I will be very reluctant to rent from UHaul again. If this is supposed to be a convenience there was nothing convenient about it.karl F.

The truck was full of German roaches. When we opened the back they scattered everywhere. We had to spray the truck before we could use it and I would not have used it at all if I had to transport my household goods. They would have all be infested. Disgusting!!Mitchell F.

The online stuff takes longer than actually picking up the trailer, which is fine, because I did it in my home. I don't know if this was the exact same trailer I have rented before, but I really like it. It is easy to load and it pulls well. The service is great and this time I didn't even have to hook it up, it was done for me.??. I have rented here before and I will again.James E.

I was advised by Uhaul to pick up my truck at 9am. When I arrived at the location the lady that runs the bait shop said she could not rent it until 9:15am. No big deal, but then she said I could go online and request it for 24/7 and I could get the truck now. I have never completed any steps for the online reservation completion online. After the failure for the site to upload my driver's license, the lady advised, "well I can go ahead and see if the system will let me log in." There was a huge lack of communication and customer service. Simple questions asked seemed to be things I should have known. In the past, someone would walk around the truck and ensure the already damaged areas were acknowledged. The gas tank was the last thing checked, but NONE of that happened on this rental. I was suppose to confirm everything on my own. I think this is a huge loss for Uhaul to have the customer take full responsibility for ensuring everything is correct with the RENTAL items. In the end I felt completely frustrated and disrespected because I was treated like I should have known all the steps I needed to take. When it was CLEAR I was upset with the process, a friendly smile or empathy would have gone a long way. I'll be taking my business elsewhere when we move in the coming months. The lady was abrupt, said that I needed to haul it to the location they wanted it parked, and drop it there. Then said I would have to wait if I wanted a receipt for her computer to start. The feeling I got was that I was an inconvenience to be there. The place is a bait shop and smells like one, not the place for someone with respiratory problems.Alan A.

Stop overcharging for extras like 30 $for putting gas in when it gets below 1/2 tank, charging 25 $for throwing away an empty water bottle and being rude on the phone. I've rented a lot of U-Hauls in my 45 plus years of moving and I've never been treated like this. Most U-Haul places work with customers but not these people. Nickle and diming a customer is no way to do business!!!! We will never use these people again!!Aaron B.

Rented the car hauler at 1:00 P.M. and it was due back by 11:00 P.M. on 10/07/19 and had the trailer back at the drop off location at 7:59 P.M. and left the contract in the drop box as instructed and followed the check i/drop off steps on my mobile phone to keep from being charged an additional 20,00 $ and got an email yesterday that the trailer was checked in by the business at 1:30 P.M. and I WAS GETTING CHARGED THE 20,00 $ LATE RETURN FEE!! WILL NOT USE UHAUL AGAIN FOR THIS REASON!!!!!Katina B.
A field out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service to do the online closeout. A field with a gate and a fence. We called to try to finish the closeout after leaving and got transferred to 5 different people who could not and did not solve the problem. I ended up getting charged an extra day because I could not end the reservation at the drop off. JeMark C.
I cant think of anything. I had some bad experiences with Cobb AND his wife. I would NEVER go there again. So I went to bj bait and they're always polite respectful and professional. They get me in and out, take care of me. Cant say any of that about Cobb's.Dianna G.

I attempted, several times, to use the online process to check my rental back in and could not due to lack of signal for my mobile phone. When I got home and logged in on my WiFi I then needed pictures of the vehicle which was 25 miles away. Needless to say, the process needs to be spelled out so if there's no signal I know what to get before leaving the rental. I feel being penalized for bringing the rental back early is unnecessary.Larry B.

Customer Service wasn't followed through...Bobbi had been waiting on me previously ...then all of a sudden she went to walk her dog...per her husband...WHAT????? Once she had my money she was through with customer service...She was short with me when I asked her to walk with me around the truck to confirm any damage...she told me to do it myself...and up in some tall grass I could hardly walk in! I had already had a bad experience at another location earlier before hearing about this location a few miles apart...I would encourage anyone to be guarded when renting in this town...Niceville may be 20 miles away...but hopefully the people are SINCERE and NICE...NOT PRETENTIOUS and RUDE...I DON'T PLAN TO EVER RENT IN THIS TOWN EVER AGAIN!!!Silvia C.

Rude U-Haul representative, cargo hold was dirty, cab was dirty as well. The cargo area had to be cleaned before we could begin loading our possessions, truly the first bad experience and worst experience we've had with U-Haul. Upon returning the truck the same U-Haul representative had the same terrible attitude as when we first arrived to transact the rental.Larry H.

I could not get any help in Crestview with my pick up site. I had to drive 30 miles to get a truck and auto transport. Go flat tire on transport and airconditioning went out on truck. When I called for roadside help I was on hold for over 30 minutes each call. 6cheryl G.
Lower ur prices.. I rented a truck that got 7 miles to the gallon and then got charged 79cents a mile also. I will look for another company next time with lower prices.susan A.
