Mindy BI have rented for years, at least 10, from this location and I have always had the best service here... I WILL NOT rent from any other location in Gillette because of this!! Kristene and Heidi truly know their stuff, make sure equipment is clean and ready to go and don't just point at your trailer and tell you to be on your way.... Hands down best!!
Sara CI have always gone to a different place across town only because I lived close to it. I moved to the complete opposite end of town and still had no problem renting from there, until they referred me to this location about 4 rentals ago. They are very courteous and well mannered, knowledgeable, and I have witnessed first hand how quick she is to get up and help hookup a trailer the correct way if you are new to it or just struggling that day. O am very happy to have started using this place for all my Uhalday

Frederick RYou charged for two days rental. I had the truck one day with the return being about an hour late. It did about 15 to 20 minutes to check out the truck. I did return the truck with about two gallon more gas than it had when I check the truck out. There were no other check outs on that truck as it was park in the same location, angle, and front steering tires in the same position as I left it. I am expecting a credit for the additional rental charge that was charged to my debit card.

FREDERICK DI have rented various things from this location and am consistently impressed with their customer service, organization as well as the spacious lot and attention to getting you in and out timely. I strongly suggest that this should be a model for how Uhaul rentals should work.

Eli SImprove the UHaul App. I tried repeatedly to complete the return online without success. I then called the UHaul 800 number and had to wait close to 20 minutes for a callback. Once called back the return procedure went smoothly with the representative over the phone.

DIAN HNothing I can think of. I booked on line but when I got there and talked with rep, she got me a much better deal. Since I was picking up and dropping off at same location was getting charged a local rate, but I had to drive about 320 miles away and back send she got me a good deal.
