Rates are way too high. My rental was only for 22 hours after U-Haul cancelled and had to rebook my reservation. I was charged a 24 hour rental but the contract only gave me 22 hours of rental time. Per mileage charge is ridiculously high. Will be looking at competitors next time.

nyaisha cI made a reservation 5 miles from my home that would allow me to pick up after hours. My reservation was changed to a different location the day before I was to pickup. What a dishonest and unacceptable service. Pushing me 25 miles away from my house although I had reservation near my home . I even passed over ten usual locations to get to this lo a atino way out in the country side. Reprehensible, disgraceful and horrendous service. When I called about the change and to get a truck a requested location all I got thrown in my face was preferred location, it was the only location I requested a reservation for. I did not request 2,3 or 4 locations.
